“We had our dog groomed by Ashley. She did a great job with our Wire Fox Terrier. She was very accommodating and concerned with our satisfaction. Finding a groomer with the overall experience and experience with the breed can be difficult but we are glad to have found someone so close to home and will definitely return.”
“We’ve brought our six Chihuahuas here for some time. They do an amazing job with the grooming and care of our babies. One of our babies is a challenge but they have worked with her and she does exceptionally well here. Love their walk in nail trims. Always been able to get in, in a timely manner and they are reasonably priced. Thank you for being so good to our babies.”

“They recommended this for firework season, and I’m so glad they did. People started setting fireworks off early (as expected), so we started giving it on Thursday.
In the past we’ve tried trazodone, Benadryl, and gabapentin, but nothing has worked as well as this. Thank you so much for the recommendation! My dog is finally calm without being completely out of it.

“VERY NICE STAFF. And unlike Petsmart where I couldnt see that they put shamppo on my pet, at Petco one can. I dont think the petsmart put any shampoo on my dog, probably just sprayed some cologne on him, wet his ears and called it good.”

“The front receptionist was so understanding and compassionate dealing with putting our family cat down. He was old and we tried holding out until the last minute to prolong his time with us. But it became painful to watch him struggle with daily tasks. We were unable to come up with the full amount of the end of life services. She politely said she would take care of it and we paid what we could. I highly appreciate and recommend the Tacoma Humane Society for any of your animals needs. Please feel free to donate these people have nothing but the utmost heartfelt compassion for all animals. THANK YOU!”

“Grooming department has always been exceptional (for some reason my dog doesn’t like the grooming department in Tacoma) but I just wanted to give Anna the cashier some recognition because her attention to detail is superb. I’ve gotten refrigerated food for my dog and she noticed that the food was expired and it ended up being the whole shipment of the SKU was expired and she gave me half off off another dog food ( same brand , same type of food , just bigger ).”
