“Was pretty mad. ATM took my $500 and kept it spitting out a receipt with some nonsense about potential fraud. Next day I went in and the branch manager, Scott Hall went to work. In just a few minutes my card was again active. After that he submitted a claim for the safe return of my $500. Next morning 1st thing my money was credited to my account. That would be the end of it but awhile later Mr Scott Hall phoned me to make sure all has gone well. Now while I am on the fence about how I feel about the whole ordeal I DO know that I appreciated a courtesy call from the branch manager just to check up on the issue. 3 stars for the ordeal. 5 stars for Mr Scott Hall. Average 4 stars.”

Carter at the bank is absolutely AWESOME and on top of things, he took great care of our family (he also stays on top of us for our business too). “Lori communicated very well. She was on top of what we needed to do and what the process was. When there was a hic-up in the process, Lori did some pre-work to make sure she had solutions then brought the issue to our attention giving the pros and cons of each solution. Once we picked the solution, Lori was able to get the loan process back on track without needing to move our closing date.”
