“We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it’s warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I’d just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! ?Thanks Mitch !!!”

“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.

I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“I have been struggling trying to get our internet properly running in the Key Peninsula area. The customer service agents are horrible! After nearly three years we finally landed a competent technician to the house. Nathan was outstanding! He took his time to investigate the issues and resolved them. The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink. Until then, thank you Nathan for your high level of professionalism and willingness to assist with resolving our concerns. The Customer Service call center is worthless!”
