“We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it’s warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I’d just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! ?Thanks Mitch !!!”

She answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Also it was very quick and easy process which I had trouble with in the past . “When I came here I was having so many issues over the phone. I was so frustrated. However Neil and Kujan they spent so long helping me with my order. “I am hoping this is the T-Mobile location at the Tacoma Mall. I would like to review, thanking the staff, especially Michael. Earlier today, I dropped my phone and it resulted in the screen breaking. I could not even enter my pin to access my phone, so I logged into my Samsung account and ultimately locked myself out. In order to access my T-Mobile account, a text message verification process is done. However, with my phone broken, I couldn't access my text message. I first drove to the 6th street T-Mobile location and dealt with a very rude employee. He looked at my locked phone, and it was almost as if he presumed I had stolen it, because he simply wrote a website on a sticky note and told me to contact them. I asked them how I could do that if I can't access my phone. He pointed to a tablet and said I could try using that. Of course, that tablet did not have access. So, after weeping for a while, I decided to try the Tacoma Mall location. Thank Goodness for them! Michael sat with me and help me switch the SIM card into an older phone, then I was able to receive a text message to go through the verification process. I am now scheduled to have my phone repaired, and I thank Michael for that.Avoid the 6th Ave location. Go to Tacoma Mall T-Mobile Store instead!”

“I have been struggling trying to get our internet properly running in the Key Peninsula area. The customer service agents are horrible! After nearly three years we finally landed a competent technician to the house. Nathan was outstanding! He took his time to investigate the issues and resolved them. The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink. Until then, thank you Nathan for your high level of professionalism and willingness to assist with resolving our concerns. The Customer Service call center is worthless!”

“Quick and easy got everything set up without a headache. All these negative reviews makes me think the people around here are the problem not the workers. I was worried coming in cause of these reviews but then there was an old man being very nasty and rude to two of the employees and they all had patience then the employee David who was working with me to get me set up stepped in calmed the man down and showed him the issue and the older man was in the wrong and handled the situation properly and got me out the door with my new modem and internet in under 10 minutes. Dude had a lot patience. This place isn’t bad I think the reviews just came from easily irritable people.”
