I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work. I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly. Thank you team for getting this resolved for me!”

“I have been struggling trying to get our internet properly running in the Key Peninsula area. The customer service agents are horrible! After nearly three years we finally landed a competent technician to the house. Nathan was outstanding! He took his time to investigate the issues and resolved them. The Key Peninsula deserves better service and higher powered internet. We applied for Starlink and can’t wait to drop CenturyLink. Until then, thank you Nathan for your high level of professionalism and willingness to assist with resolving our concerns. The Customer Service call center is worthless!”
