Greedy, lying scumbags that hide behind their cultiish Mormonism.”
“I was so impressed by the customer service at the Issaquah Geek Squad. They were on time for my scheduled appointment and helpful for my I phone issue. The rep that helped me was through and made sure to ask if I had any questions. My problem was not solved as I just need a new phone. That’s ok though because they were not pushy at all. On top of that though I could not help seeing how kind the rep next to me was treating a customer in a wheelchair. He was patient as she counted out cash for her transaction and then asked her if she needed assistance with her purchase out to her car. It’s rare to see companies go above and beyond. I would recommend them and will return in the future.”

“I stopped in Issaquah Lowe's to check out and possibly purchase a particular dishwasher. In spite of a barrage of customers that seemed to show up all at once, Justin in the Appliance Dept. provided personable, knowledgeable and patient customer service to customers as well as coworkers who had questions. He was unflappable and efficient. Everyone was "attended to" thanks to the excellent service provided by Justin and others in the dept. It was clear that the sales staff at Lowe's are nice people that work as a team in helping customers. A pleasure to shop there. Kudos to Lowe's--keep up the great hiring picks!”

“This Lowe's went above and beyond for us. We pulled into the parking lot 15 minutes before closing. Hamish along with a few other employees were quick to help us when we needed extra help making sure a fire on our hay trailer was completely put out. We are so thankful for the quick response and extra help with the matter. Can't say enough about the wonderful customer service and help we received, and we are so so grateful! Definitely go support this Lowe's!”
“The workers at Geek Squad are quick and effective with their diagnostics and figuring out what needs to happen to repair the item. Came in with a PC and it needed new parts, brought that all in later and they fixed it quickly and everything works great, the Worker Ryan deserves a raise.”

“After 45 minutes of getting jerked around on the phone ( dropped calls, transferred to wrong departments, with more holds at the Southcenter location I contacted the ProDesk in Issaquah and got ahold of Nathan. He totally understood what I was trying to purchase and that I need to pick it up same day. He tried really hard to check inventory at multiple stores”
