“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. “So I worked with Ben and he was terrific. Such a nice guy. Ben helped me with my appointment, when I arrived he helped me choose the tint percentage that would work best for me, he completed the tinting job and brought me out to go over the finished product. Ben is a great guy to with with. Over the phone Ben quoted me an amount. When I went to checkout with someone other than Ben the amount was different than what Ben had told me. Ben immediately took responsibility and told the checkout guy that he misquoted the amount to me over the phone and that it should be the amount that he told me. That is honesty at the core, especially for a business! The area where I waited while my car was beimg tinted was extremely comfortable and there is free Wi-Fi. The overall experience at Accutint was above my expectations. I strongly recommend this company because of their honesty, their workmanship and their customer service. This is a top notch place. “I received a 3 month membership for Brown Bear after purchasing my new windshield. I visited this location to initiate the membership.
I then tried to use the membership here & at another location (Soper Hill) and the automated system didn't recognize my vehicle, but the staff put it through the wash.
On Saturday I tried here again, and thankfully the assistant manager (Jenny) decided to try and actually rectify the issue that I was having.
Her attention to detail, personable nature, and strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience was evident.

Very few car washes can fit my Nissan 3500NV but this does the trick for the mud and pine needles but it isn’t perfect.
Washes my Volvo sedan just fine.”

“I’ve taken my 2022 Tesla Model S (black -- aka The Dark Knight) to Metropolitan Detail Express maybe around 15 times (20?) over the 2+ years I’ve owned it. In that time, there have been two or three detailers at Express. I’m not sure exactly how long ago Jordan came on but his work has been top-notch every single time he’s washed TDK, including yesterday’s great ceramic wash. Pictures don’t capture it so I suggest you give Express a try and see for yourself.

I'm not sure what happened, but I feel like my car is never washed good enough amd something is up where TWICE I got the cheaper wash of either the person in front of or behind me there. This location ALWAYS has plenty of attendants, will tape your rear wipers and always has someone at the pay station before you enter for questions. The person there sold me on a monthly subscription, purely based on their knowledge and friendliness. And my car was washed really, really well.”

“I like the presoak, but the pressure on the presoak and soap is terrible. It also took about 25 seconds of the 3 minutes to start dispensing the pre-soak. I also don't like that I can't add time with a credit card ... 3 minutes at a time is all the flexibility you get
Edit: went back. Adding more time worked great. Still felt like the pressure on the presoak plus the time spent waiting for the material to come out was too long. The soap had very high pressure this time more so than the rinse. Overall quite happy with the experience and will definitely be my new go to.”
