“Really great experience here, had a difficult fix on my MSI gaming laptop where the computer port wouldn't charge and I really needed the laptop for work. Walked in at noon on a Saturday and literally got a call at 5pm the laptop was fixed, I couldn't believe it. Amazing quality fix too no issues, required solder which almost no one does. Now this shop is my go to for fixes, incredibly honest guy too with fair prices and very talented. Will recommend to others”

“In Short: Reasonable Prices. Excellent Service. Friendly and helpful shop whether you're a know-nothing novice or an old hand.In Long: There actually isn't much more than that to say? Like you're looking for a place to go poke things, explore, see things you hadn't expected, maybe even get some inspiration, and that's this place! In fact, this is one of the last places to do that. Which sort of explains why prices are ever-so-slightly higher than you'll find on Amazon: because this is a real place, staffed by people that care, and providing a service you can't get anywhere else - and those things cost a little more to have so you pay a little more. But honestly like.. not much more? If you want to buy buttons you can't feel the tactility of, save your four and a half cents I guess and buy from 'ol Jeffy B?Okay I should be less antagonistic but this place is a godsend. Because not only can you see and feel and manipulate and compare sizes of the things you're purchasing, but the people here will tell you all about the stuff! They know what's up and are eager to share! They're excited to get you excited about electronics!Which I cannot overstate how unicorn that is in 2024. The next closest shop to provided even remotely the same experience requires a friggin passport and several hour drive.So all of that is to say, go here. Support a local business. Get inspired. “Today I had the pleasure of being helped by the delightful staff of the Redmond Cash America. After looking around for a bit and finding a couple of DVDs I was interested in, Brenda approached me and asked if she could help me find anything. I had been looking at guitars, but was unaware of some of the ones they had on clearance. She pointed them out to me and made me an amazing deal on a 12-string guitar and a guitar effects unit. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to not only what I was looking for but to all customers’ needs. It’s a shame I live so far away from this location, so I might not be able to stop by again as soon as I’d like to, but I will most definitely be stopping by the Redmond Cash America the next time I’m in town for sure. “it’s very easy to get to and completely open to the public! There are lots of interesting things to see at the center itself, showcasing Microsoft's history and innovation. I enjoyed being able to buy souvenirs in the Company Store, but I do wish the prices were cheaper and more reasonable. If the merchandise was more affordable, I think it would be great for more people to wear Microsoft gear! Overall, a highly recommended visit for tech enthusiasts and curious travelers.”

Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“Good luck finding better car audio products made in the U.S. for the value. One of the very few companies that care more about the product & customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Ya get your money's worth & can talk to English speaking car audio fanatics for help. I've been in car audio as a hobby for 33+ years, I'll never use any other brand. The only problems I ever had was bluetooth & I believe they got that taken care of.”

“Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”
