Sent an email, and first, I must say that their follow up and attentiveness to responding to emails is exceptional. Felt very comfortable in giving the sale a chance, and they did not disappoint. If Fair pricing, quality service, follow up and customer satisfaction is what you are looking for, they excelled in every aspect. Huge store, Biggest selection I’ve seen, multiple freezers of every film stock you’d want. “Ryan at the Verizon store in Redmond, WA, was quite literally exemplary in every way. I had a complex request, and he handled it without a hitch. He found services on my account that I had no need for, and replaced those with astute suggestions for more useful services and still brought my bill down by $40 per month. He transferred data from TWO phones with expertise and the patience of Job. At the risk of hyperbole, I have never had better service. He was also answering all the other store employee's questions seamlessly while helping me. He spent hours with me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“it’s very easy to get to and completely open to the public! There are lots of interesting things to see at the center itself, showcasing Microsoft's history and innovation. I enjoyed being able to buy souvenirs in the Company Store, but I do wish the prices were cheaper and more reasonable. If the merchandise was more affordable, I think it would be great for more people to wear Microsoft gear! Overall, a highly recommended visit for tech enthusiasts and curious travelers.”

“I've been to this location multiple times and it is my favorite Daiso location in WA. It is large, clean, well organized, and well lit. The parking lot is nice as well. The only reason for the four star rating is because sometimes the traffic in the area makes it difficult to get into the parking lot.”
“I just want to say a huge thanks to Mannie, Gene, Jake, and Button( hope I spelled the names correct) for getting me all fixed up a few weeks ago. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.”

“Ben really knows his stuff and I absolutely recommend his services.
Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”
