“I live in the nearby apartments and have been coming to this 7-Eleven at all hours, and I’ve always had a good experience. The customer service has consistently been what I expect: simple, respectful, and efficient.
People complain about prices, but this is a convenience store—of course, it’s going to be a little higher. You’re paying for convenience, and that’s exactly what it offers.
I’ve also seen complaints about the door being locked at times, but I’ve personally never had an issue. If anything, I understand it; it’s for safety, especially with the light rail nearby and more late-night activity in the area.
The employees deserve more credit. They show up, do their job, and deal with all kinds of people. Customers can be very rude and impatient, and it’s not easy. They don’t get paid extra to smile, yet many of them still treat people with respect.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there’s room for improvement with cleanliness. Other than that, I appreciate having this store close by; it’s reliable, convenient, and the staff works hard.”
“Good luck finding better car audio products made in the U.S. for the value. One of the very few companies that care more about the product & customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Ya get your money's worth & can talk to English speaking car audio fanatics for help. I've been in car audio as a hobby for 33+ years, I'll never use any other brand. The only problems I ever had was bluetooth & I believe they got that taken care of.”
