“Place has improved since then. Packages are scanned faster, they have their packages more organised. Since my last review I've had one mail from another inbox scanned into mine but they caught the mistake before I picked up. No other issues.
The store was adding the party city section and my missing packages likely got mixed up in that transition in staff and inventory.
I also buy stationary here frequently for work.
Store staff are really helpful and nice.

I usually pick up packages here all the time. I used to have no issues when they had their pickups by the printing area. Ever since moving their pickups to front desk I have had issues:
1. Some staff not asking for ID consistently. This is a big security issue.
2. Unscanned items being left on the front desk, unsupervised.
3. Store is understaffed, front desk is almost consistently empty.
Currently I have 4 confirmed packages missing, and Staples response, from the Store Manager is that it's 'impossible'. I have attempted to pick these up 2 other times, and I have called for an update -- they are still missing. They are confirmed to be delivered, but nobody has checked the footage.
They should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. These are packages from 2 different providers, and 4 unique parcels. For one package to go missing -- sure, bad luck -- but 4? I can't get all of them resent to me. Fortunately one of them I can get resent but the rest are a lost cause.
I will be moving my mail elsewhere, Staples has lost my trust.”

“Came in right before closing on a Sunday and the guy at the desk still had a welcoming attitude and helped me with my return. Sitting outside the store while on the phone and a lady approached a solid 7-8 minutes after they’d locked up. The same guy came to the door, unlocked it, and shortly after the lady left with her packages.”
“This FedEx has great staff. They know their stuff and work efficiently. Kudos to them for going the extra mile and helping me assess different shipping options and find the most appropriate box.”
“The service here is so nice and friendly. Got lots of different services like printing, office supplies, passport services, etc. I went in to print something and the process was super easy, the associates helped me with the process and was very friendly. Very efficient and quick.”
“The owners are very very nice. However I do wanna point out that if you want your package delivered in timely manner, there might be one day delay due to carrier picking up from this location. Their rate ideally should be the same as the other post office, but still could be a few dollars more expensive than the online price sometimes. Overall the experience wasn’t bad. Not many people there so you don’t have to wait in line (good choice for holiday seasons).”

“Pak Mail in Bellevue is fantastic. I recently went in for a fingerprinting appointment, which is usually a tedious chore, but Inderjit made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly efficient, timely, and his great conversation and humor completely broke up the awkwardness of the finger-scanning process.
The shop itself is in a great location, runs a tight ship, and offers a massive variety of services at very reasonable prices. Love supporting small business owners who run things this well. Highly recommend.”

“Staff here are super efficient and friendly. Amazon returns are a breeze here and I almost always get my refund within a day. Be sure to use the handy self-service kiosk for easy drop offs when there's a line and you don't want to wait!
As of September 2026, packaging prices:
Poly mailers: $2-$3.50
Tuck top boxes: $2.50-$6
Packaging tape with dispenser: $4.89
Fiberboard mailers: $2.19-$3.50
They also sell mattress bags from twin to king size, though I didn't get a photo of the price.”

“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”

“Needed a passport photo and they were close by. Messed up my shoulder in a car wreck a few years ago which makes it hard to get a good passport photo and it took a few trys to get it but staff was super friendly and helpful. Also got a digital copy on the spot which was great.
Besides Passport photos they also provide a few other sources. Obviously rental mailboxes if you don't have anywhere else to get your mail. They also have some specialized packing/shipping materials. I've never seen a specialized wine shipping container (holds 6 bottles) before lol. Also have printer and scanner onsite.
I Would def recommend this place to anyone I knew without hesitation.”

“It's always been a very pleasant experience at this UPS store. Despite being busy, the staff is always polite and helpful, and the service is prompt. I recently went for my passport photo, and Mr. Santosh was very helpful and prompt. Similarly, sending and returning packages have been very smooth from this location. “I had a great experience at Mailboxes N More today. I came in with 35 return packages for UPS and FedEx, and the gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to help me match all my labels correctly to the right packages.
Without his help, I could have easily mixed up the labels and lost a lot of money. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
