“These guys are always super helpful no matter how busy they are. This week, Derek helped me return an insane amount of Amazon items and then do a electronic return for an Internet device. That was kind of a pain. And it all went super smooth. I really appreciate it guys!”

“Showed up last minute with a prepaid label so not much in it for them... she took time to help me box up though, had all the stuff need on the fly. PMBs remain available here as a rare find. Make it a point to support local like this. Much appreciated!”

“Conveniently located in SLU. I needed documents notarized in a hurry and they were able to get this done quickly while getting my package out the door with a minute to spare. The staff is always very friendly as well.”

“Been going to Edward's (Postmaster) place to drop off my eBay sales several times a week since it's close and convenient for all my shipping needs. In fact, I can't even remember when it was that I last went to a regular USPS location to handle any of my shipping. Every visit is a true pleasure... like walking in to a small town post office where everyone knows one another. Fast, friendly service, with shipping supplies (boxes, tape, etc.) costing less than average retail prices at stores like Walmart or Fred Meyer. Sometimes you might have to wait a few minutes as customers are assisted one-by-one by Mr. Zhang, but it's no problem at all (just goes to show how popular that place is with the locals). Remember to support local small-businesses as much as possible! 👍👍”

“This is a thoughtful store where you won't need to worry about going to different delivery services office, as they accept packages from all kinds of couriers. The staff are caring, considerate, and attentive. Please never go away.”

“I’ve been here a few times, it’s been really busy. I didn’t think much of it. I went again and got some help with my passport renewal a with Megan. She was so nice and helped me feel better. I was really stressed out about my situation and she did a fantastic job. I went there the next day and a guy helped me; I don’t recall the name and he was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this Fed Ex They do get but worth the wait.”

“Place has improved since then. Packages are scanned faster, they have their packages more organised. Since my last review I've had one mail from another inbox scanned into mine but they caught the mistake before I picked up. No other issues. The store was adding the party city section and my missing packages likely got mixed up in that transition in staff and inventory. I also buy stationary here frequently for work. Store staff are really helpful and nice. ------- old review -- I usually pick up packages here all the time. I used to have no issues when they had their pickups by the printing area. Ever since moving their pickups to front desk I have had issues: 1. Some staff not asking for ID consistently. This is a big security issue. 2. Unscanned items being left on the front desk, unsupervised. 3. Store is understaffed, front desk is almost consistently empty. Currently I have 4 confirmed packages missing, and Staples response, from the Store Manager is that it's 'impossible'. I have attempted to pick these up 2 other times, and I have called for an update -- they are still missing. They are confirmed to be delivered, but nobody has checked the footage. They should have arrived over 2 weeks ago. These are packages from 2 different providers, and 4 unique parcels. For one package to go missing -- sure, bad luck -- but 4? I can't get all of them resent to me. Fortunately one of them I can get resent but the rest are a lost cause. I will be moving my mail elsewhere, Staples has lost my trust.”

“The owners are very very nice. However I do wanna point out that if you want your package delivered in timely manner, there might be one day delay due to carrier picking up from this location. Their rate ideally should be the same as the other post office, but still could be a few dollars more expensive than the online price sometimes. Overall the experience wasn’t bad. Not many people there so you don’t have to wait in line (good choice for holiday seasons).”

“Update 12/5 - I've come in since learning about new ownership and things have improved here! Happy to use their services again. I've used Lake Union Mail to print my shipping labels and it went from $1 to $2 without notice to print a single piece of paper and slip it in the clear sleeves that UPS/FedEx provide. I came here for stamps once and when I received my total I knew something was off. When I asked he said they mark them up but didn't transparently provide that info. The man that works here is super unfriendly and makes it uncomfortable to use their services, which is the main reason I won't come back here.”

“This pony Express was run by a previous owner very well and he got very strong reviews by his clients, both box holders and just walk-ins. Then he did something that I did not think would work which was he sold it to a new owner and that new owner added a computer fix shop along with the other services. Turn down one human owner solve it to another human owner, both of them personable and good business people. I strongly recommend pony Express in Redmond”

“Pak Mail in Bellevue is fantastic. I recently went in for a fingerprinting appointment, which is usually a tedious chore, but Inderjit made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly efficient, timely, and his great conversation and humor completely broke up the awkwardness of the finger-scanning process. The shop itself is in a great location, runs a tight ship, and offers a massive variety of services at very reasonable prices. Love supporting small business owners who run things this well. Highly recommend.”

“I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly. Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend. This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well. The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”
-

Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. “This part of Seattle, what an asset. You have no no idea. I've been in many a post office and never seen such kind, prompt service other than in rural (quiet) America. Great window with a TON of the latest, greatest first class stamps. You should ship / shop here first. 🙌”
