“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber collision . From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and way faster than I expected. I brought my car in after damage to the bumper and they walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a very fair estimate.
Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was outstanding — you’d never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was perfect, everything was aligned like new, and they even cleaned the car before returning it to me. I even got my car delivered to me since I was at work and I wouldn’t be out on time before they closed. Tysm to Erik.

“We bought a 2003 Mercedes 500SL in 2018 that had a few issues which kept cropping up over the years since we have owned it. We took it to other mechanics in the area over and over again only to have some of the main issues never get fixed. Finally, we took it to McCurley’s Mercedes-Benz of Tri Cities in the spring and with 3 separate visits this year, they were finally able to resolve every issue and it runs better and smoother than ever before!!!! They were helpful, competent, patient, and so good to work with. Every employee we dealt with was this way and always kept us abreast of the progress of the work. They even were able to supply me with a car to use most of the time so that I didn’t have to borrow a relative’s car. In fact, other times they are able to drive me home when my car is being kept longer than expected. I highly recommend them.”

“Husband's car battery died a short walk from this shop. The terminals were extremely corroded and we cleaned them with coke. Then we went to Battery Systems and lucky for us, the people working here were super helpful and kind. They tested the battery, jumped the car, and sprayed anti-corrosion stuff where needed. Shared some advice as well and got a bolt out of a socket that was stuck. Didn't charge for anything, but I know we'll be coming here when we need a battery. Thanks so much!”

“Late last night I needed a tow in remote area of southeastern Washington state. Called triple A using membership. Had to upgrade for additional $50 because of commercial vehicle. Waited over 1 hr. No response. Called triple A back & found out they couldn’t get a truck out until morning. Called Big tow because I know of their good reputation. Truck & very capable driver arrived promptly. Thank you Big tow for helping”

“I had an emergency yesterday---driving through Kennewick, my battery died and I was left stranded at a gas station. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts and a Parts Specialist named Jakob diagnosed the issue, drove to the gas station with a new battery, ran a test on my alternator, and stuck with the problem until I was safely back on the road. He also kept me laughing the entire time. Customer service doesn't get better than this.”
