“I can’t say enough good things about Caliber collision . From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and way faster than I expected. I brought my car in after damage to the bumper and they walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a very fair estimate.
Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was outstanding — you’d never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was perfect, everything was aligned like new, and they even cleaned the car before returning it to me. I even got my car delivered to me since I was at work and I wouldn’t be out on time before they closed. Tysm to Erik.

“We bought a 2003 Mercedes 500SL in 2018 that had a few issues which kept cropping up over the years since we have owned it. We took it to other mechanics in the area over and over again only to have some of the main issues never get fixed. Finally, we took it to McCurley’s Mercedes-Benz of Tri Cities in the spring and with 3 separate visits this year, they were finally able to resolve every issue and it runs better and smoother than ever before!!!! They were helpful, competent, patient, and so good to work with. Every employee we dealt with was this way and always kept us abreast of the progress of the work. They even were able to supply me with a car to use most of the time so that I didn’t have to borrow a relative’s car. In fact, other times they are able to drive me home when my car is being kept longer than expected. I highly recommend them.”

Frank and Sons completed the work, put a charge on the car (EV) and housed it for us until we could return. “Sas tested my alternator for free and when they didn't have the part they weren't shy to recommend somewhere else. Side note to the employee with the since of humor that put a smell me sign on the coworkers back I loved the workplace fun. Even if you were told to remove it.”
“Husband's car battery died a short walk from this shop. The terminals were extremely corroded and we cleaned them with coke. Then we went to Battery Systems and lucky for us, the people working here were super helpful and kind. They tested the battery, jumped the car, and sprayed anti-corrosion stuff where needed. Shared some advice as well and got a bolt out of a socket that was stuck. Didn't charge for anything, but I know we'll be coming here when we need a battery. Thanks so much!”
“My favorite parts store because the workers are well mannered, the AC blows nice in the store. NAPA parts are generally the best choice of aftermarket parts if you can’t do OEM, they also have connectors (weather pack) great place for a parts store”

“Efron at Big Toe Towing helped us by phone to prepare for the towing of our old auto. Afterwards he came with tow truck, paid us salvage dollars and towed the auto away for free. We had no idea how to get the auto removed from our yard and Efron was kind and caring and patiently guided us thru the process of removing our old auto from our property. He is very skilled in his work and safely took care of everything needed to help us with this chore. And our neighbors are pleased that the old eye sore of a vehicle is out of their view now!!! “I cannot express how much I appreciate the owner, Ryan, for personally assuring me that he and his crew would handle my new SUV, which I had purchased for a gift to myself on my 50th birthday. Mr. Ryan Mathews and his crew were able to restore my brand new Outlander perfectly after an uninsured driver mangled the front quarter panel while my wife and daughter were driving through Columbia Park. My Outlander is gorgeous again and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care everyone from the owner, the ladies and gentlemen in the reception area, down to the paint specialists and team of mechanics who made sure everything was installed flawlessly. Mr. Ryan Mathews is a man of his word. 5 Stars are not enough!”
