Worst customer service. Yes I was upset but they did not try to de-escalate the situation or apologize or any thing the manager on duty kept raising her voice! They are slow n rude watch out people!

Constantly waiting to do business with US bank after the pandemic started. They need better staffing of the drive through. Been a member for 15 years and they need to get back to normal servicing. Banking is essential.

If I can give it a zero I would!!Have Columbia bank and never waited this long for a simple withdraw. So frustrating when you have to wait for over an hour.Other banks have already opened up!Why hasn’t this bank opened?
