“Update: We're back three years later and even though we shopped around we came back here because the help of the sales and management staff are unrivaled. Jason was still here and as wonderful as ever and Brandon helped us on one of the days to find a specific car that met my wife's needs. Jesse over in Finance and the manager Joel were great too!
Short version: Jason is great and this was the most chill car buying experience I ever had and I’ll be back for my next car.
Jason helped me when I was buying my F-150 Lightning and he was the BEST! He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, helped me with my trade in, and made everything just so dang pleasant.
When he handed me over to Gabe in finance, I was talked to in a way that wasn’t high pressure or unpleasant. I was preparing myself for the usual high pressure for add-ons but instead he just took his time to explain everything and respected my decisions about what I wanted and how I wanted to finance my truck.”

“Scotty is a true master at his craft. I have called honda certified techs, ASE auto electric shops, online forums etc. Racking my brain and to get my older honda civic alternator to charge while installed in the car. Bench tested fine but in car, no worky. Come to find out the thru an old honda bulletin released years back, it is a grounding design flaw that burns out the PCM. This results in a no charge unless you replace the PCM, keys, ignition and reprogram them, all to the vehicle, nitemare. Needless to say Scotty "beamed me up" and watered my eyes. He took the time at his shop, on the bench and showed me how to feed wire it and make work. Once again a big big. Thanks !!!!”

“We took our car to another tire shop which shall not be named. They told us that the inner and outer tie rods were loose and that we'd need to order new parts as well as get an alignment. They couldn't get the part in, so we called Point S.
They got the parts and got it up on the rack, only to discover that everything was tight: we only needed an alignment! They could have made some money and put the new parts on anyway, but they told us we didn't need it and did an alignment. Saved us money big time.
We'll be coming back to this one. ??”

“I find it hard to sum up my experience with the shop everyone I dealt with there, Rod especially with absolutely amazing to work with. I had taken my 2014 mini Cooper coupe S there for a suspected timing chain which, it was. As my car was still under a third-party Insurance company warranty, they were not moving the fastest or making things easy for The shop. Rod and the shop were understanding helpful and reassuring. I have never such a positive experience from a shop before. I recommend anyone driving a European car to go here. This shop is extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing and will provide you with feedback and be in contact throughout the process, you will never be in the dark here. “I had an excellent experience during my recent visit to Bratch Auto Body, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My 2010 Prius was badly damaged when a tire from another car flew into my vehicle while I was driving on local highway 169. This happened on a Saturday morning just five days before Thanksgiving, and based on the damage, I honestly thought I’d be without a car for the entire holiday. Desperately, I reached out to Paul, my trusted store manager at Firestone Covington, and he suggested I contact Bratch Auto Body in Kent. It was already around 10 AM, and Google Maps showed they were closed on Saturdays. I called anyway, expecting to leave a message - but someone answered and told me to bring the car in right away.
From that moment on, everything was outstanding. The store manager inspected my car, gave me a clear estimate, and an expected completion date. I was shocked (in the best way) when he said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was also very reasonable, much lower than I had expected. Since I needed a rental car, I planned to walk to Avis in the rain, about 20 minutes away. But the young lady at the front desk stopped me and said she would ask her boss to help. A minute later, the store manager personally drove me to the rental location. The kindness truly meant a lot to me, especially because of the unusual events I had to go through that day.
On Tuesday at 2 PM, I picked up my car, fully repaired. The manager carefully walked me through what was found and fixed, showing photos from each stage of the repair. The work was done professionally and thoroughly. They even washed, waxed, and detailed the interior. My 15-year-old car came back looking almost brand new.
Today is Thanksgiving, and thanks to Bratch Auto, my car is back safely in my garage. They are not only professional and affordable - they genuinely care about their customers and understand the stress they are under. This wasn’t just the manager- everyone there treated me with warmth, kindness, and care. I am truly grateful. This is a level of service that worth paying with satisfaction. Thank you!”

I only went in for an estimate so far because my car got hit by a golf cart that the maintenance guys use, while I was parked, and it was actually a huge dent and I needed an estimate. I actually have to get three because they think they're going to choose the cheapest one, however, at pro finish I was informed that the law in Washington state is that you get to pick who does the work on your car, you don't have to go with the cheapest estimate.
