“Member for 12 years. I have used this location for several years. Always had a great experience. Recently I came in to get my daughter a debit card and had an extra great time. Today I went in with several questions and the 3 ladies working took the time to explain everything to me and it really helped my understanding of how the online banking system works. I really appreciate the extra time they spent. Highly recommend.”

“I really appreciate the staff in this bank to help me to re-settle down in the state. I don’t live in Kirkland, but I drove here because the web review is great, so I give it a try. I moved back to Taiwan to take care of elderly mother for the past 10 year until she passed and settled down for family of origin matters, then I decided to return to my home in WA. However, this 10 years, the whole world has been through pandemic and many things. I encountered many difficulties, thanks Anh Phuong to help me in the beginning, but when she is not available, Yvonne Baker stepped in and helping all of the way. Yvonne is very nice and full with enthusiasm to deal with all of the difficulties and never show impatience. She called me to follow up several times a week. Because of her I open business account other than individual account. I decided to close the other bank to move to Chase. I feel more confident with Chase Bank because Yvonne. Thank you! I will recommend this branch to my friends.”

“Great branch. We drive 12 miles from home to bank here. They have always had exceptional bank managers, including the current one now. They are always knowledgeable and helpful. We sometimes deposit at a closer branch, but we come here to do in person transactions and open accounts.”
“Emily called me a week or so before our CD maturity date arrived and asked if we had any plans for the CD and how she could help. I explained quickly what our plans were. She immediately said she would make a note to take care of this for us. Today, she called to inform she had taken care of things for us and was checking in to see if there was anything else we might need assistance with. She even answered the phone and greeted me by first name before I even had a chance to introduce myself! It was surprising as well as efficient. “The 5 stars are for Olivia Killingsworth. I was worried about coming in because nearly every BOA that's not an ATM has dismal reviews averaging 2.5 stars or less. However, Olivia made the entire closing account process quick and painless. I was impressed not only with how much she was running around to get everything done (being the only available staff member on the floor) but she was incredibly down-to-earth; I felt like I was sitting with her at a coffee shop or something that speaks of a relaxed atmosphere; she was professional AND vibrant. Anyways, I'm SUPER grateful for her and the fact that she gave me the kind of closing any customer would wish for was indeed something to be grateful for. I'm pleased that her name is on my closing receipt. Someone give his woman a promotion. PS: I don't know the lady who helped me before Olivia but she was pleasant as well. Great job, ladies.”
