“Cannot recommend this place enough!! I brought in my Mini Cooper for an oil change (this was the first time I went to anyone besides the dealership). They found that the last person who did my oil change (at the dealership) had severely damaged my oil pan, to the point that it needed to be replaced. They took pictures for me, explained the situation, and even explained to the dealership what happened when I called them. I can't remember the front lady's name, but she is AMAZING!!! She reassured me that the dealership should cover the costs of repairs, and even gave me her information if the dealership gave me any trouble. I've been back for a vehicle check, and they very clearly are super honest, and didn't try to upsell me for anything. They are efficient, kind, welcoming, and I trust them completely with my car. Thank you for being an amazing auto shop, I will be going no where else for any work on my car!!! If you are on the fence about trying them out, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone on the Eastside.”

“Josh and Tony treated me like extended family from the very first interaction we ever had. They performed a complimentary computer engine light check and reset for me and sent me on my happy way. Later on, they squeezed me in when my car completely died and I needed to have it towed. 2 days later it was road ready! They always spoke very plainly and clearly to me about the work that they felt needed to be done and any possible extra charges so I wouldn't be surprised. I didn't feel like they were trying to over-sell un-necessary repairs like some other shops do. Would highly recommend to anybody!”

“I got in a car accident down the road and messed up the alignment of my back wheel. I called and they told me come right over, they looked at my car and gave me a quote while I was waiting for a ride home. Everyone was friendly, and very communicative. He showed me once they took the wheel off, and pointed out what needed to be replaced so I was confident in the price they gave me. Parts came over the weekend and they got it done a day after that! He knows the laws that protect you as the consumer, he follows them, and he works with you to meet your goals. And you can expect quality work here! My only complaint is that at the time that my vehicle was here, they seemed to have trouble meeting deadlines. I imagine that varies with the season though.”

“The service was amazing and fast, they didn’t up charge me or anything and they were all super friendly. I had to get the track to my driver side window fixed and they had suggested I also get an oil change and a tire rotation, when I said I couldn’t afford it they basically gave it to me for free! On top of all that, my car door use to pop when I opened it from the left fender getting bumped back when I got hit a while back, when I went to pick my car up it didn’t pop anymore. Amazing service!!!”

“Dropped my car in for a normal oil change and tire rotation. They hadn't started working on the car at the scheduled time even after a few hours and I had to wait 45 mins while they worked on it. While the scheduling was an issue, KJ apologized and comped the entire service as he didn't want a customer to leave unhappy. Very rare to see this great customer service nowadays. Also, their rates were very reasonable. Will return!”
