“I've had nothing but good service here, both in the pharmacy and regular check out up front. The pharmacy staff here are always slammed, and I always see customers getting angry, rude, and super impatient. Kindness goes a long way, and the pharmacy staff are not just chilling - I've sat and waited for my script and watched them, and they are multi tasking and doing the best they can. I've brought in new prescriptions to refills, and they've always filled them in a timely manner, called my name if I'm wandering the store, and are always super nice! I like the sales they have on their holiday items after the holiday is over (sometimes things are 70% off!). They also have a decent make up and nails section, and a lot of things to peruse if you're waiting for your prescription.”

“I Was in Kirkland and ordered lunch. I tried the cheesesteak sandwich. It had good flavors, I enjoyed it however it was a bit small for the price. The people I was with both got the turkey sandwich and enjoyed them. We would return. We would be happier if they loaded the sandwiches more and made them bigger due to the price.”
“Most 7/11 franchise stores are most known for their dirty surroundings and negative atmosphere. The Kings Gate facility certainly makes a tremendous difference and certainly a positive difference in its community! I am I'm sure other residents like myself in the area, certainly can and do appreciate the high quality in the stores neatness, pride and excellent customer service!
You never see any homeless or panhandler's around or in the store!
Mgt, if you haven't already recognized your AWESOME Staff, you truly need too!
These types of jobs are High Risk and anyone who is willing to risk their lives to earn a living , my hat goes off to them!
You couldn't pay me enough to do it, however the AWESOME Staff you hired truly need to be paid at the highest level these types of jobs are capable of providing!

“It's been a very sad experience watching this store slowly die. I've used the pharmacy for over 5 years despite all the construction going on around it. I didn't realize how much the retail side of the store is dying until a few months ago. The store has been in a state of a perpetual re-model for a while now. And the shelves are consistently empty. I thought it was unique to this location, but no - Rite Aid is another dying retailer that will somehow be blamed on millennials for destroying it. I want to thank all the people who worked here over the past 5 years from the front end of the store to the pharmacy techs.”

“Shout out to the photo department. I placed an order for 8 canvases (2 weeks til due date knowing it might take time). What I loved about this team is the communication they provided. They called me informing me that they didn't have items in stock and that they will try to order. They called me again to tell them they couldn't order the canvas but they were going to try to get the canvas from other stores. Then, they confirmed that they received all items and wanted to confirm that I wanted to continue. Absolutely excellent communication with your customer. Shout out to Ryan, Kubu, and Katie!!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“This Arco station is on the smaller side with less pumps than some of the newer Arcos . Gas prices are competitive though. It is conveniently located near my commute route. The attendant is friendly and professional. The store is clean and it is well stocked. I like that they post when the hot food like the breakfast sandwiches and burgers were made and when they are no longer fresh. The cheeseburgers are actually quite filling. There is adequate non pump parking if you just want to grab something from the store.”

“Never ever have I had a memorable interaction with anyone at a gas station. Tina at this location is absolutely wonderful. She greeted us as soon as we came in and was super sweet with my teen kids. They had just finished a baseball game near by. I observed her cleaning up and greeting everyone as they entered. She is a special lady! I hope her management know how special she is and value her. “The bad reviews are old, i went there today for lunch feb 6, was just like Any other 711. Plenty of food, rollers look good, cashier was friendly and my food was fine. It could've smelled a bit better in the store, but i think that was because something was being replaced/worked on”

“Thank you to the angel who was working this morning. When I came in, she greeted me with a warm good morning and was helpful with another customer. I was holding in a panic attack and when I went to iPay, my phone died. She offered to charge it to help me, she was so kind and I just kept telling her no and I was late and crying. (So embarrassing!) I think she was about to leave for the day so I can only hope I didn’t make her late with my drama.**So thank you, my angel, because you reminded me people care about me. Some strangers care. You could have rolled your eyes or shrugged and instead, you helped me calm down- and make it to work on time.**The store is always clean but my 4 star is:-The drink machine was out of mtn dew a few times (or something my kid wanted)-The pumps do not accept Apple Pay-The employees are not paid enough for some of the creeps I have encountered there”

“It’s just any ordinary gas station. They hadn’t lost power when there was a bomb cyclone in my area. They ran out of gasoline because of the high demand but were able to restock fairly quickly. They were lifesavers for us, and they made good money for themselves.”
