“This Xfinity store in Kirkland, Washington, is well run and staffed by very smart Sales Consultants..............This morning at 10:20 I entered the store and got in line to be the 2nd customer in line...................as i was in line I Observed a young man working with a senior woman and this consultant was so professional and took his time as this senior woman needed help, and she got first class help from this consultant, which was who I was in line for next.This consultant was Austin Klemmer..................what a gift Xfinity got when they hired him.........My situation was a charge on my account that I never applied for....................so I was there to tell Austin if he could credit my account for something I never ordered.Austin is a real Gem in this store for Xfinity. He bonds quickly with the customer and he knows after a short introduction of what the customers needs are and he silently investigates and comes to a decision, in a very nice and professional manner.When I left Xfinity I felt good..real good.....because of Austin..............And just a side note. Austin looks so solid, quite but knows very well what is going on.And he works and acts like his supervisor, Cole Wells, which also is a Gem for Xfinity.Being in the Airline Business, i recognize talent, and Austin is Talent. He comes across very pleasant and he appears to exude confidence and that is what you would wish for yourself, and Austin has it.Thank you Xfinity for hiring Austin Klemmer..................charlie”
