“I had a very disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Bellevue. The staff member who helped me was extremely impatient and did not seem knowledgeable about the issue I was trying to resolve. Instead of taking the time to understand my questions and explain the options, I felt rushed and unsupported.
But here in Kirkland Sam was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated his patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Sam for his professionalism and dedication!”
“Kyle was great tonight. We went to verizon in Totem lake area at about 5:45pm and they close at 7 pm on Sunday.. I let him know my number 1 concern was getting my son a basic iphone so that he could txt his family, but I was also due. If he had time we could do both. He made sure we got both of them, and he made sure all of my stuff got transferred. He was in no rush even after a phone call that was a slight emergency, everything turned out fine. I have nothing but amazing stuff to say about Kyle. He was funny patient kind loving. Thank you Kyle and your buddy papers.
