“Don't often take the time to write a review, but had a fantastic experience with Kyle at this store today. Called in this morning to the call center to ask a couple questions about setting my mom up with her cellular watch to keep her safe as she ages - the customer service agent was so frustrating I just decided to go into the store.Kyle went above and beyond to take care of us - setting my mom up, helping choose a number from the same FL area code as her phone, double-checking that her address was correct in case of a 911 call... and on top of that, helped me with upgrading my plan, saving money, increasing speed, and getting me my best discount (teacher)...Truly awesome experience with this store - thank you Kyle for caring about the customer!”
