“Talking specifically about the maintenance team, they do a great job! Any problem I report they are here promptly working on it and getting it fixed. If it's complicated and takes a while, they will follow up regularly and genuinely seem to care that my problem gets resolved. I really don't want to move into a house because I know the maintenance experience will be so much worse. Kudos to Junior and his team!”

“I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation.So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack.I would definitely recommend this apartment.”

“I lived at Skye Belltown for a year and I really enjoyed my studio. I thought the price was fair for the amenities + apartment features. My studio had a great view. Staff was always responsive, packages were safe, and maintenance got back to me in a timely manner -- with easy communication through the app. My only con is the parking garage was stressful at times. It is public on the weekdays. The spots are REALLY close to each other. Very common for cars to get scratches on them. Also, I would get ticketed a few times since their tag is made out of paper and would fall off the dashboard occasionally. Other competitive parking garages for apartments pay about the same, yet you get way more.This con did not overshadow my overall experience. I highly recommend if you want a reliable, affordable place you can trust.”
“I had an issue with my dishwasher and had New Berry Square Maintenance Techs come over and take a look. After they ordered the new unit and it was on site they came by and installed the unit in less then half an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.Thank you, Osman and Justin for the good install.”
“The problem was fixed with no hassle.Edit: much like with all homes, small problems can occur, small problems that require to put in a work order request for the maintenance staff to come and take a look. Forest came in the morning and knew what need to be done. Quick and efficient. He even gave some suggestions for my ADHD brain which I really appreciate. Top notch work.”
“Shelby is AMAZING! I've just signed a 12 month lease at Citizen and am very excited to move in. She made the MFTE process much less daunting! Between the location, price, pristine state of the apartments, friendliness of the residents and the 'can do attitude' of the staff it was an OBVIOUS choice. “The Current is a wonderful community & the office staff are amazing! Nicole and Kionna genuinely care about residents, and it has made my beautiful home feel even more cozy knowing this. They do fun resident events monthly & I always love to see the cute "pet of the month" signs in the elevator :). The gym is massive, which is rare for apartment communities - so I feel lucky to have access to such a great facility. Maintenance is always on top of their game, my first request I put in was responded to within a couple of hours! Highly recommend.”

Arete is a fun, social living space in a great location! My only complaint so far regards the shared parking- it can be difficult as you have to reach your parking buddy to switch cars nearly anytime you want to leave.”
“Lived here for around four years. I had a nice and sunny south facing unit. This was especially great in the winter months. The location is very close to the lake and downtown Kirkland. The management and maintenance were very responsive. It is close to a bus stop. Would live here again if I had the chance!”

“I have now lived here for over 2 years and am getting ready to sign another lease. My experience as a tenant leasing here was great with the original company who managed the property. When Cushman and Wakefield took over, they even went above and beyond what the previous company did.Some of the detail that goes into their management of this building includes clear and timely communication about building issues and events. They are incredibly proactive. Here are some examples of the attention to detail to keep this 30+ year old complex in top condition. In the last few months, they have completed painted, pressure-washed and restripped the garage floors. They repainted the trim on the exteriors of all three buildings, as well as the interior common areas. The corridor carpeting is kept shampooed and vacuumed. Last week a professional company came in and did grout cleaning in the elevators and elevator landings. Whenever I have needed maintenance for a minor household repair, they react immediately and make sure that the repairs are done correctly the first time.Since I am in the building management business for another company, I know what they go through to maintain and enhance my rental experience and I am continually impressed.On top of all of this the office staff and management is very friendly, approachable and seem to really care about the complex and their residents. Mahdi, Ryan, Ni and Umarr are the best of the best. Also and just as important is the market-competitive rental structure. Yes the building is over 30 years old and I actually first lived here in 1999 for a year. When I moved back to Seattle in 2021, I was very pleased and surprised that the place was as nice as it was. The location has always been the best, being 4 blocks from Puget Sound and a few blocks from the Space Needle. The area of Belltown is the best and safest part of the city based on my experience. Therefore, I intend to stay as long as my experience is so positive or until I hit the lottery and buy a place in Seattle...LOL”
“I normally write reviews when I move out, not when I move, but this experience has been so amazing, I had to make an exception. I could spend the entire review talking about amazing the apartments are, how beautiful the area is, or how conveniently located the complex is to literally everything, but no. That’s not what this review is about. This review is about the office staff because they are truly what makes The Corydon so magical. From my first exchange with Buzz and every interaction after, he has been so kind. So empathetic. So patient. I have had a million questions and he has answered every single one of them never making me feel like I’m a burden. And he didn’t change even after I was approved and set to move in so I know he wasn’t just trying to get me to apply so he could forget about me. The property manager Nana is warm, kind, and caring as well. In my few conversations with her I knew that she cares deeply for her staff, her residents, and this property greatly. I’m so grateful I found this community. I relocated recently to the area and my last community down in Vancouver, WA was amazing. I have no doubt this place is going to feel like home in no time. Thank you Nana & Buzz for welcoming me arms wide open!”

I do hope if Pleasant Bay plants a tree for every comment given it works to make sure the trees and shrubs here get enough water when it is hot and dry. Some areas get watered but there are no water for the ones near the end of apts B otherwise great place and David is awesome!”
“The building is terrific to live in, just off of Capitol Hill, so it's quiet, yet close to fun amenities. Rent increases are modest, and they want to keep good relationships with their tenants. The building manager and leasing office staff are kind, caring, and responsive. I've been here two years and plan to stay.”

Layout makes great usage of square footage, feels bigger than it is as a result. Lots of little perks (in unit w/d, new kitchen appliances,lots of closet space etc) that come together for a great experience. Super friendly community that's made me feel right at home.Best of all the views of lake Washington are flat out AMAZING!!!”
