I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the best building to live in the bellevue area.
The dollar to utility ratio is amazing and once you choose a good apartment for yourself you'll be in real harmony and ease.
Sahil, Lara and all concierge members helped me move in, developed a great relationship with me and supported and arranged all facilities. Yesterday i asked them for a tylenol they brought that too :D Fully recommend, i am a resident here so if someone wants to ask sth just contact me directly”

“The Junction Apartments in downtown Bothell is a great place to live, The convenience to local restaurants and shops is terrific. The views out the window shows the best of the Northwest. The amenities in the complex are top notch as well. All in all, a great place to live.”

“I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation.So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack.I would definitely recommend this apartment.”

“Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.”

Cleaned up! Taken care of! Love to see the Madrone Passive House under new mgmt that takes care of their trash and neighborhood around them, a complete turn around!

UPDATE 10/14/2025
Still a mess! Worst neighbors. Trash everywhere, glass broken all over the street, can’t walk our dogs without them getting glass in their paws. You took the neighborhood down a notch.

UPDATE 8/5/2025: People moving in and out, leaving their trash all over the street for the crows and rats to come into the neighborhood. Madrone is an awful neighbor.

UPDATE 6/20/2025: I've emailed, texted, and now have to come here because you ignore me.

Your trash is overflowing. Rats have built homes in the neighborhood. Literally everyone surrounding your building thinks your a bad neighbor. We are paying $500 for exterminators for your overflowing trash cans. Rats, crows, everyone. Act like a community member and take care of your trash properly.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood on and off the last 20 years. We bought a home across the street and watched them build this for the last 3 years.

Now that it has been built, the tenets leave their trash on top of the garbage and the crows, rats and squirrels devour it. There is glass all over the street, food annd garbage everywhere and the critters have come. It’s a disaster. I tried calling management and they don’t return calls. So now I’m going to the city to report them. It’s really bad, they have brought the neighborhood down.”

“Staff here is amazing. Maintenance is especially great here. Everyone that I've worked with has been competent, communicative, and respectful. Tony has been around for awhile and is always extremely professional. Dennis just fixed some shelving for me on very short notice and did so efficiently.

The staff is what makes me like living here!”

“Move-in was really smooth. Bryan has been super diligent about following up and being responsive. We've had some logistical issues (e.g. voicemail inbox full) but Bryan was really proactive about identifying issues and addressing them or letting me know why something wasn't addressed yet (e.g. a specialty lightbulb on backorder).”

“The Broadway Building is such a great place to live! It’s centrally located in Capitol Hill, making commuting to the office easy while also having ample things to do in my personal time. The managing office also creates a great community with lots of activities (like book club) and knows us all by name. My partner and I have lived here for the past 2 years and just renewed because of how much we enjoy the space and the Broadway Building! Skyler made the renewal process seamless and accommodated for our holiday travels. She was communicative, attentive, and was a big reason why we chose to renew with Broadway! I highly recommend this building as a place to live!”

“We’ve had a great experience at Avalon Esterra Park overall. There was a small hiccup during move-in, but Kaci and Jenna handled it quickly and professionally, which really stood out. The community is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the team is always friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“This community is new, elegant, modern and the appliances are top of the line! The new management and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Shout out to Natalia, the housekeeper, she works very hard in ensuring the community is clean at all times. They truly care. The Bosch appliances, waterfall Quartz, bidets, and heated floors are EXTREMELY amazing to find in an apartment community. Most of the units here have a balcony and some expansive terraces. I love it here! It is located on Central Way and it has PCC in the building. The location is SUPERB. This is the place to be in DT Kirkland!”

“I’ve had a very positive experience at Venn at Main. The property is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the management team has been professional and responsive throughout.

Mark and Russell have both been especially helpful and easy to work with. They’ve been attentive, efficient, and consistently provided excellent service whenever needed.

Overall, it has been a great living experience, and I would definitely recommend Venn at Main to others looking in the Bellevue area.”

“I recently toured Dorian and was extremely impressed by the views (the best in Belltown!), the amenities, and the shared spaces such as the lobby. Nicole was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable the entire tour. We really appreciated her insight about the community and how attentive she was to our needs. Though we ultimately decided to move forward with another property, Dorian was a very close second. The amenities were clean and tidy, the unit itself was spacious (we viewed a 2-bed), and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. We'll definitely consider Dorian in the future!”

“I had to leave a review because some of these other reviews are getting ridiculous. If you don’t like living at Skye, that’s your right; leave your review and move on. Or here’s a better idea: do all the current tenants a favor and calm down or move out. But constantly editing the same review every so often like you’re breaking news, I am honestly embarrassed for you.

There’s also a small group of tenants who seem to have made complaining their full-time hobby, pushing discord chats, whining daily, and acting like they’re leading some kind of revolution. Spoiler alert: nobody at Skye is losing sleep over it.

Now for the actual reality of living at Skye from a former tenant's point of view:

The Good:

Prices are fair for Belltown. You’re living in a prime Seattle neighborhood, and compared to a lot of nearby buildings, pricing is reasonable.
The office staff is trying. They manage the place, they don’t own it. Some people act like the leasing team controls everything at the building. News flash they don’t.

The Bad:

Hallways, workout room and laundry room are old. No sugarcoating it, they need upgrades badly. This is the biggest issue.

The Neutral:

Utilities went up. Welcome to Seattle and welcome to planet earth, honestly. They’re not nearly as outrageous as some people make them sound.

I was originally going to give Skye 3 stars, but after seeing the level of immaturity and nonsense the leasing has to deal with from a handful of tenants, I’m bumping it to 4 stars. It’s not perfect, but it’s also nowhere near the disaster some dramatic people claim.

Some people should probably spend less time rage-posting and more time touching base with reality and realize that their opinions don't carry the weight of gold.”

“My family and I stayed at Arabella for 4 years.

The maintenance crew was always very prompt, professional and kind. They handled everything from unclogging the drains, to making ADA modifications for our grandmother. Nothing but amazing things to say about their team.

We have never had a bad experience with the staff working in the leasing office, but Ariana has always been especially kind.

We loved our time here and wish we could afford to stay longer.”

“We are approaching our third week of living at the beautiful Capri Apartments. As we moved in from overseas, there were several circumstances that did not fully meet the usual requirements. Despite this, the Capri team went above and beyond, working proactively and graciously to help resolve every issue we encountered.

The location is exceptional—right in the heart of downtown Kirkland—with easy access to the library, parks, restaurants, and all essential community amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is clean and pleasant, and the apartment community itself is very well maintained.

Most importantly, Clarissa, who takes such thoughtful care of the residents, is truly outstanding. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly kind, making the entire move-in experience smooth and reassuring.

We highly recommend Capri Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and beautifully located place to live.”

“I just moved in a month ago, the experience was not amazing.

1. Door battery went out and I was locked out of my apartment on a Sunday night. We got no warnings prior, good thing is the maintenance team responded fast.
2. There’s no soundproof because it is such an old building, we can hear our neighbors phone rings and our downstairs neighbor came up to complain our normal living sound. If you do decide to live here, do pick the top floor.
3. We moved in a month ago and the fresh paint smell is still there, we tried opening the windows during the day and they didn’t help

The location is nice, layout was good, and the staffs were great, special thanks to the maintenance staff Reanan, who helped change our door battery in 30 minutes on a Sunday night. Two stars for the location and two stars for the staff.”

“We've been here almost one year and just renewed for 10 months, no rent increase...that was good news. We have a one-bedroom with a serene tree and bike- trail view. Personal interactions with Justina, Kayla, and Greg have been great. Glad to be here.”
