“The interior is very modern, open, and two stories so it has plenty of space to get work done and conduct meetings. Seeing the giant Verve Coffee Roasters on the wall was a relief because all the photos I was seeing of the cafe were with Peet's Coffee which is not my favorite, so they definitely upgraded imo. I ordered a double espresso that had decent texture and flavor and the ham and cheese sandwich which was kinda weird because of the slice of cheese on top of the bread, but it filled me up. Overall, the ambassadors and baristas were pleasant to talk to and it's a very relaxing space to get work done!”

“Karlo Fernandez, the branch manager at Chase in Lake Forest Park, is terrible. I’ve been a customer with Chase for over 10 years and it’s unfortunate I have to leave such a poor review considering the rest of the staff, especially Jessica Matthias, are phenomenal. I have ongoing fraudulent activity on my account and he was extremely condescending and unhelpful throughout the already challenging process. He tried to change his tone towards the end but the damage was already done. Sorry J.P. Morgan Chase, you just lost me thanks to Karlo Fernandez.
Update: Delaney Leyden has redeemed this Chase branch for me and so I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 5. She was extremely kind and patient and able to remedy all of the fraudulent activity I was having on my account which was the first successful attempt out of several different Chase employees.
