From the moment I walked in the door it was great. I was promptly greeted and no waiting.
I met Andrew after less than 30 seconds and a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. Andrew was super helpful and efficient. While I was there, he explained some benefits I was missing out on. He wasn't pushy and was ok if I didn't take up these extra free benefits.
Great personal service and another reason why I have only banked with First Tech for the last 18 years.

“I had an exceptional experience today.
I was experiencing real frustration with my on-line banking.
When you are about to be 89 years old and something that you did so easily before, suddenly becomes confusing--it's depressing.
Oh, and by the way also, maddening. First, I spoke with an assistant who was well-trained to help clients like me. But not being able to see my computer, she confessed she was limited in what she could do.
It was then that she suggested I talk with a local person with WaFd. Then that person called and after some initial conversation, he suggested to come to my relatively near residence. Lucky me.
It was magic. And, then after it was fixed, he stayed long enough to be certain I could replicate the necessary format by myself.
That's what service looks like--in my world.

“Karlo Fernandez, the branch manager at Chase in Lake Forest Park, is terrible. I’ve been a customer with Chase for over 10 years and it’s unfortunate I have to leave such a poor review considering the rest of the staff, especially Jessica Matthias, are phenomenal. I have ongoing fraudulent activity on my account and he was extremely condescending and unhelpful throughout the already challenging process. He tried to change his tone towards the end but the damage was already done. Sorry J.P. Morgan Chase, you just lost me thanks to Karlo Fernandez.
Update: Delaney Leyden has redeemed this Chase branch for me and so I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 5. She was extremely kind and patient and able to remedy all of the fraudulent activity I was having on my account which was the first successful attempt out of several different Chase employees. Thank you, Delaney!!!”
