I was an unfortunate victim of fraud where someone broke into my phone to assume my identify and purchase several devices under my name. They also activated numerous phone lines and locked me out of my account. I spent two days with Nick and he helped me every step of the way. He was determined to resolve our case before we left. We honestly would have been lost without him. Carrie is another employee that works with him that is phenomenal.
