“I’ve been renting a storage unit with ExtraSpace Storage for nearly 2 yrs. Unexpected & serious heart issues being the reason for needing it. The quality of customer service, fr my initial call to corp (I believe), when getting info on cost, sz, etc, through this date, has been exceptional. I can’t thank Katherine, Tony & Claire enough for their help, knowledge, kindness, professionalism and it is always a pleasure working with them. This storage facility has always been clean. I like the security unit locks & entrance/exit gates. I have never seen a problem or heard anything out of the norm. I always feel safe & confident with my belongings stored here. A great experience all around & do recommend. Thanks again.”

“I’ve had a great experience with Seahawk Storage! The staff has been incredibly accommodating every step of the way. They made it super easy for me to upgrade to a larger unit when I needed more space, and just as simple to downgrade when I no longer did. When there was an issue with my payment that I didn’t catch right away, they were quick to notify me, accept payment, and even reversed the charge fees without hassle. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“So far pretty great experience here. They are very friendly they have great prices, they don't force you to but a certain lock. I would say the only downfall is that they are only open til 7pm to come in or out of your storage unit but the plus side to that is that they are open 7 days a week and even on holidays. One other downside is that you have to get renters Insurance, which on one hand i guess it's pretty good just Incase there's water damage, mice etc... But if you only need it short for a short time it's kind of an unnecessary expense.”
