“Brandon at the car wash was awesome! He scrubbed my car before going through the automatic car wash, and then he dried my car at the end! I was able to vacuum my car for $1.50 (you get 45 second for .25c). This was my first time at this location, and overall, it was a good experience. Thanks again to Brandon!”
“Super cool tunnel wash option. A less busier option than the larger/cooler location east across I-5. Pretty neat with 3 solid options to choose from. Convenient location in a busy area with option to self-serve. I think I got the basic or medium one. For a light-medium soiled car like my early-gen small SUV (Subaru Forester), it did a great job. I especially like the softer bristles & slower spin (compared to most competition) which I think is perfectly adequate for loosening your every-day dust & grime AND in addition to less cabin noise and I think saves their energy bill. I do recommend all folding mirrors fold in to avoid accidental mirror damage (one of mine flipped forward); normally I do it or ask staff to do it but they forgot. during the drying area be ready to turn right in the narrow exit (stone wall against left corner). Staff was ok.”

“Great convenience store centrally located off of 164th and Manor Way. They offer exceptional service and a great selection of grocery, auto, and tobacco/vape products. I usually stop in for a quick snack or beverage, and I enjoy the quick detour. This store also does UPS shipping but you have to have your label already prepared to use this service.
Tonight, I stopped in with a minor car issue and had to purchase oil. The clerk was eager to help and very knowledgeable on which oil was a more premium product for my vehicle. His helpful demeanor and eagerness to answer any questions really made our night. We will be back thanks to his kindness and willingness to help. Thank you, Manor Market, for leading the way in terms of great local businesses.”
“One of my go to gas stations. It is clean and the only place I have caught a worker mopping to keep busy, big plus! On top of all that they carry a special flavor Monster Energy that is hard to find!”

“This Chevron gas station is on my way home to Tacoma from my work in Mukilteo, so I often stop to get gas. It's busy, but everything is maintained and clean, and the staff is pleasant and friendly. I forgot to get a receipt for gas for my company credit card and didn't realize it for a couple of weeks. I stopped by and asked for the receipt which the cashier (Melvin, Mevin, Kevin-I can't remember his name for sure) was unable to provide for me, but he left a note for the store manager, Daniel. When I came into work the next morning, the receipt was in my inbox. (I knew the day, time, and dollar amount of the transaction.) They did not need to do this, and I really appreciate that they did it anyway! Thanks for the great customer service, Guys!”
“I am i have been going to new berry for 3 years and i turned 13 this month. The man could be a bit rude but the lady is usually the one monitoring the store. the lady is very nice and always greets me. she even let me buy something when i was short. it may be overpriced but it’s a convenice store. 9.5/10”

“This is by far one of my favorite gas stations, probably my #1 favorite honestly. They are open 24hours, always well stocked, super clean, bathrooms are ALWAYS OPEN, and I'm still tryna figure out how they keep them so clean.lol. for most of the day they have an additional person working in their 'kitchen' prepping all their hot foods which are really good for gas station food, and their donuts are always fresh-literally still warm. Coffee is top notch, they have a variety of icees, freezes, milkshakes, a ton of options on the sofa fountain and for any ice junkies out there like myself- hands down they have the best ice in the area. They have both chewy and cubed ice and they keep their machine really clean!( No mold) Pretty decent variety of grocery and food products and automotive needs. An impressive selection of beer and wine as well as cigarettes vapes and blunts etc. The best part is the people that work there, I actually look forward to going there when Brandon or Three are working, it's always nice to see a friendly face. I hate going tohas stations where the attendant is grouchy or rude or just on the phone all the time and completely ignores you if you ask for help. You won't find any of that here. Id recommend this place to anyone, I don't even live in the area anymore but I still find myself here often, simply because it is so much better than the options.”

The eyebrow clerk was alone, collecting and making deliveries. She always has good patience, but who doesn't lose their temper with clients as despotic and rude as Rosa was with the cashier.”

“The gentlemen cashiering on 4/21 a little after midnight was extremely helpful and courteous. It's refreshing to see people take their job seriously and with pride. I almost never get a cashier who firstly knows how to do anything beyond ringing up items ,secondly does so being pleasant, polite, and overall genuinely helpful. I had to load a prepaid card to pay a bill I had just woke up out of a dead sleep remembering that I needed to pay it asap. And I notoriously have some type of hassle trying to load my card at 7 11 and I wasn't looking forward to it. I was thankfully surprised to find the complete opposite situation. He even reminded me to take my receipt for the transaction which I had been burned before because of. All around excellent customer service. Whomever has this type of person working for them should know they picked a gem!”

“I stop in after Karaoke sometimes if I'm up in the area. I get snacks or something to drink. The gentlemen that have worked the graveyard shifts are kind, efficient and professional. It's amazing to see all the men and women who are heading into work at Boeing at 4:30-5am! And the Cashiers greet almost each one by name or by the name of the product they're looking for! And I swear, that when each customer walks out the door, they seem happier and always say,; 'Have a good day!" Or "Hey , later man!" or some joyful noise! Which in turn, affects me. Right On! I hope their employer understands how valuable their "Frontline" is. THEY are the companies "Last chance to make a First impression!" I would never say, "Orr.....they're just a cashier! " Or JUST a Receptionist, or "JUST a switchboard operator!"< That's what I did for decades.)And I believe wholeheartedly that the Operator is a companys "Verbal Handshake'. These guys got what it takes. AND PLEASE KEEP IN MIND....”
“My car is very happy, and so am I!I drive by this Chevron car wash so often, but the lines are long. Today, I phoned in advanced and Danny told me they were open. So I rushed out first thing this a.m.The main attendant was very competent, professional, and paid attention to my request and comments from past visits that were only so-so. “On 04/11/2023, The older gentle who was working at 2:45am in the Rocket 176 convience store is a very respectful and courteous individual and even though two Hispanic males one wearing a blue coat and the other wear a black coat approximate age early 30's driving a aqua-blue 80's van came into the store left and then came back and entered the store while my significant other and I were exiting the Rocket, he still gave those undeceive individuals a greeting with a courteous smile!
