He did a great job and did not rush me through all of my questions about business line addition as well as trading in my phone and getting an upgrade for an absolutely great price gave me the top of the line and screen protector, as well as any problem. I ran into first time I’ve ever gotten absolutely everything I wanted and required at a Phone store and didn’t have some reason to complain after I left. He was great and also I wanna make a point to mention that Josh is absolutely fantastic too. I met with him prior the meeting with Ian and they both do have fantastic job all the employees at this specific location. I feel very very good job. Also, the manager that was black and had a very particular name he was super cool and professional too!”

“This visit had the potential to be very frustrating. I have been scared to change phones - even though my audio was almost inaudible - because when I transferred my service to Xfinity mobile I was told I could keep my number but after several attempts to transfer it, I had to change the only phone number my adult children had ever known by heart. This was a fear years ago, but adds context to why this time around was an improvement. People make the difference.

The upgrade purchase went smoothly, but after 40 minutes, and the remarkable staff trying to help even 20 minutes after closing, it still would not transfer. Zia was old me I could leave my trade-in with him and he would put a don't-return note on it so I could try again the next day.

I went in the next morning and was very apprehensive since my iCloud downloaded to my phone without contact names and none of the apps. Dwight was patient and helpful. Even though I could feel my frustration growing after 60 minutes of waiting for the data to transfer and a pending appointment approaching, Dwight remained calm and continued to check back with me on progress. When Zia arrived, he and Dwight both continued to check in with me and a young woman whose name I did not get (so sorry!), kindly gave me directions to my appointment just in case I had to leave my phone for the continued transfer. Zia let me use his phone to let my appointment know I would be late. They took fabulous care of me.
