“Malcolm was an amazing help. Extremely polite every time we were in the store and exceptionally knowledgeable as well as helpful. I had a very tedious on going interaction with att trying to upgrade a phone these last two days and not only did Malcolm jump right up as soon as he saw us walk in he also remembered us in what felt like warm regards from the day before and was able to swiftly help us finalize the upgrading process. He also had a vast amount of knowledge about how the interworkings of the company operates and was able to offer me a multitude of options to meet my needs. 10/10 probably one of the overall best experiences I have had in an att store.”

But you get brand spanking new phones here for similar or better prices!It's a small shop tucked away around a corner with mostly "permit only" parking but don't let all that deter you.While in line, I met Vitaly, a loyal customer has bought all his phones in the past 8 years from Chavez. “I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”
“Best T-moblie location I have been to so far. Teegan was so helpful and patient and he answered all of my questions. He helped me navigate the best way to move forward with the 8 lines we have. I hope management will give him a bit of recognition, because of his help we will not be moving to a different company and ended up buying 3 new phones! “The store's team was helpful in returning and refunding my newly purchased cell phone, cell plan, and wifi box. I got the feeling they have to handle such things often. The company as a whole I do not recommend though. I had nothing but one problem after another after I signed up: getting my devices on time (FedEx is a nightmare), getting customer service support over the phone without their robot hanging up on me, etc. Will not touch them with a 10 ft pole ever again.”
