“I want to give a shout out to Stevie, absolutely amazing. Long story short about eight months ago I bought a pair of ox skin boots and I had an area on my foot that was causing me trouble when I wore the boot thought that I had to Just wear the boot to soften up that part, well, eight months later, I still couldn’t wear the boots So I went to Arlington and I was kind of getting the feeling there wasn’t really a lot that could be done for me. Justin was extremely helpful, but Stevie made sure that I got the boot that I wanted and made everything work. I was so excited to have the coolest Doc’s I’ve ever had. Stevie will be my go to from now on, and I highly recommend if you need a new pair of boots, it’s worth the drive to Arlington, and even more worth the wait if you have to wait to see Stevie! She was so amazing that I had to give her a hug on the way out the door!(I hope I have my identifying pronouns, correct!??)Thanks Stevie!”

A few times my husband has bought a shirt without a tag sewn in but the price tag said it was a medium. It has resulted in him buying a size too small which is a little disappointing but other than that we have not had any issues!”

“This is one my favorite stores in Seattle Premium Outlet. They usually have the best Cole Haan deals. Plus if you sign up with an email you can get 10-15% extra discount. They are one of the few stores that have student and military discounts and let you combine all of them.The product turnover is a little low. You would see the same shoes you used to see 5 years ago. But still, if you’re a cole haan fan and want a good deal on shoes that are comfortable take a visit here.Staff have always been nice and friendly.”

I needed a new pair of work shoes and I just happen to have my style number so they looked it up and they didn't have it but she told me the Lynnwood store did. She even gave me their address and phone number. And told me what it was next to! That was very thoughtful of her. “Stopped in with my girlfriend today to browse/try to find them a wallet. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and everyone was really kind and seemed excited to be there. We found a wallet they liked and I found something on the clearance rack and while I was checking out the employee at the register said "Dude, everything on that rack is buy one get one free. Just go over there and take something for free." Every time I've come in I have had a very enjoyable shopping experience and I'm always happy to come back.”

The selection at the Timberland Outlets is always excellent and I am always able to find my size which isn’t normally the case at the other stores at the outlets. “I came here on November 2021, one of the staffs it was a guy (short brown hair, around 5 feet 8) in a plaid shirt i forgot to ask his name but he was very helpful and accommodating, he was always by my side in case i needed to ask questions, which i did many times before because i couldn't find the exact type of sneakers i was looking for. So in the end he recommended the next best thing which was a black-white Kyle Walker Pro 2, on sale. The female cashier (she had curly hair & was always smiling) was nice and friendly as well. I don't know if both of them still work here but if they do i just wanna say thank you, wishing all the best to both of you.”

I needed to make a return or exchange and I had the best support to get set up. Secondly, a special thank you for the shoes, I got them over six months ago and still look amazing, they visited California twice, returned to Seattle and even visited Portland, they are incredibly comfortable to drive thanks to their soft sole, very warm and as comfortable as slippers
