“I didn't even know it was there so it was a nice little hidden gem. The guy working was mad helpful so kudos to him. This is not a full service (I guess you would call it) post office as it is run through yokes as to my understandings. I for one am grateful that it's here”
“Would give 5 but I woke up at 7am looked up a post office and this said open cool show up at 730 and they don't even open till 8am. Should probably change your hours on here. Ya yokes is open but they don't open the service counter till 8am...”
“Went in to ship some items, experience went smooth. The lady who helped me was super nice. The building was beautiful and seemed historic. Can’t ask for much more from a USPS”

“In my experience most postal employees are not particularly kind or helpful. However here, Dakota was very charitable and kind. Hire more people like Dakota. He’s a good man.”
“Iv been really bad at collecting my mail. I live at the center court apts and man…someone get this guy a raise or award or something. The guy with the tattoo on his leg. Seriously. Has saved my ass multiple times when iv lost my mailbox key and have important things coming. And I know he doesn’t have to do that. ??”
“Kim was fantastic! She really made the passport process less stressful. As a walk in, she got us in quickly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The website was wrong, we couldn't get it to process an appointment and walk ins are only Tues-Fri 10-11 a.m.”

“I had some packages to drop off 10 minutes before closing time. I was greeted by the friendliest USPS employee I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. His attitude genuinely lifted my spirits and made my day better. Thank you!”

“For over 20 years I've had nothing but fine service at the Colbert Post Office. They are dedicated people who try to serve the public to the best of their ability. We are lucky to have our own "country Post Office" so close and convenient and fortunate to have it still open for us.”
“You can not tell it is a small post office from the outside. It is inside the Rosauers store. Once you walk in, they have a small counter and post office staff to help you. I am glad I found it.”

“I drop off ~80 packages a week at this location. The people at the service counter are always super friendly and helpful. They come to the door almost immediately and scan my packages in instantly. This is not a retail location they don't offer the usual services here so keep that in mind. If you need help with a package go to an actual post office. If you bring packages to this location they must be pre-paid labels already taped up and ready to ship.”

“Because of a bad past experience with mail theft, we choose not to have a mail box on our rural street. A few times UPS shipment pulls a switcheroo on us and drops our package off at the Chattaroy post office for final delivery over the past several years, and of course, the mail carriers cannot deliver because of our choice not to have a street mail box. I’ve had to call the Chattaroy post office and ask if they can please hold our package rather than return to sender. Each time they have been kind enough to hold onto so I can pick up. I am thankful for that! I don’t know how many other post offices would be so kind to do this, but I appreciate them for doing so. I try my best to avoid this scenario but sometimes these UPS to USPS handoffs catch me off guard. Thank you Chattaroy post office!”
“I’ll go out of my way to use this specific post office, the staff is always so kind and accommodating! I’ve been so many times and have never had a bad experience, even during holiday rush stress and when there’s a long line”

“Not sure what everyone’s problem is? They put a stamp on my box and sent it on its way. I didn’t get a back rub or a shoulder massage but I also didn’t expect one. They seemed to do their job as described. 5 out of 5 stars, will mail here again.”

“I’ve always had a good experience every time I’ve visited this location. I always see Ray as the main clerk. He has great customer service. Nice and friendly to everyone that I’ve seen him interact with. USPS doesn’t get enough credit on what they do on a day to day basis.”
“clerk was very kind .I forgot to put stamp on birthday card and I had already put in box.he went out of his way and got it.i almost fell over.very nice in this world nowadays.thanks again.”
“I ordered a package online and it was accidentally shipped to an old address. I was able to call this USPS directly and was connected to an employee immediately! Rarely these days can you actually talk to a live person right away.I asked if they could hold the package and they were able to catch it right before it went on the delivery truck to be out for delivery. My husband was able to pick up the package on my behalf. I really appreciate what the employee did for me, thank you!”
“An exceptional USPS! The gentleman that works the counter (Robert, I believe his name is? Tall, brown hair, glasses) is always very pleasant and is as helpful as they come. It's what makes this location stand out.”
