“This location is great. I accidentally dropped off a UPS package this week (in a bundle of USPS packages) and they made a handoff with UPS to have it delivered. Above and beyond when they didn't have to do it, thank you!!”

The location itself is a little rough, the lobby does kind of smell like urine but once you get in there Michel was awesome!”

“Beautiful old post office in a historic building. Downtown parking is usually a headache, so it's not the most convienent location but if you're downtown already I'd highly recommend doing some business here just for the atmosphere and setting.Service on my visit was highly competent and friendly. Finding the entrance was tricky because there wasn't any outside signage that I'm aware of. You can go through the revolving door on the SW corner of the building then take the first right as you step inside. Or, go in the east entrance through a courtyard wedged between this building and the federal courthouse. Really cool area. Stunning early morning light. Epic architecture that shows off a level of grandeur and sophistication not typically associated with downtown Spokane.”

“I had to do a quick package dropoff during my workday and chose the closest post office to me. I had glanced at the reviews beforehand so I went in expecting a weird vibe but it was one of the nicest post office experiences I've had. Super quick and easy and the guy at the front was really nice ?”
“It’s on the Huckleberries side of the store. They had what I needed and fast service. It looked like it was a full service counter, but I’m not entire sure. They had envelopes, boxes, stamps, etc. I would have never noticed it if someone hadn’t pointed it out. They also have PO Boxes.”

“Not sure what everyone’s problem is? They put a stamp on my box and sent it on its way. I didn’t get a back rub or a shoulder massage but I also didn’t expect one. They seemed to do their job as described. 5 out of 5 stars, will mail here again.”
“I ordered a package online and it was accidentally shipped to an old address. I was able to call this USPS directly and was connected to an employee immediately! Rarely these days can you actually talk to a live person right away.I asked if they could hold the package and they were able to catch it right before it went on the delivery truck to be out for delivery. My husband was able to pick up the package on my behalf. I really appreciate what the employee did for me, thank you!”
