“5 star review from my very happy (but salty) spouse. He so did not want to be on camera to make a video review but it had to happen because what Chris at Same Day Auto did for his Audi made my husbands entire day ?
Story time, my husband always takes me to lunch on Fridays and while we are eating he stops mid wonton soup to tell me about the experience he just had with his car repair. Literally the way he was talking sounded like old school “they just don’t make them like they used to” talk. He was so effusive about the customer service and care. (The service: Chris made the scuffed bumper shine like new in under 15 minutes… “like magic” he said)
I said, “you know you have to write a review right?” - husband says… “You do it” So here we are bickering on camera in a three part post because google limits the length of the video ?”
“Always impressed with the professional, efficient, and honest service KJ and his team provide. They’re remarkably well rounded. I’ve gone to them for years and even had my car towed from Toyota to them because they provided better pricing and warranty which Toyota wouldn’t offer.
Every experience I’ve had with them over the years has been a very positive. I have no hesitation when recommending them to others.”

“I am thankful I can count on Juanita Firs with my vehicles! My favorite part is the thoroughness of the report after bringing it in for minor or major work. Everything is reviewed. This recent service was due to an engine light that requires me to take it to Hyundai due to the warranty. Frustrating to deal with them, but thankful for the actual picture of the findings in the report I handed over to them! THANK YOU TEAM!”

I couldn’t figure it out, another shop couldn’t figure it out, but The Garage was committed to solving the mystery, honest about the timeline, and were incredibly generous while billing me despite the time they put in.
10/10 it’s hard to find honest and fair shops.
I won’t be going anywhere else.”

“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of. I have never felt hassled to spend more than was necessary; have always been given a clear understanding of the issues with my car and how they may be effecting the vehicle; and feel the staff are respectfully personal in their care. I genuinely look forward to going into the office when I come. I could not recommend them enough.”
