“I had a badly curbed Tesla wheel. Joel communicated with me before dropping off the wheel, and continued to communicate through pickup. Joel was professional and Sameday's work speaks for itself. The whole process could not have been any easier and the wheel repair is flawless. I had trouble seeing the repaired area, even in bright sunlight. I hope to never need a wheel repair again, but if I do, I will be coming back to Sameday Auto Scratch and Wheel Repair.”

Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. “I’ve driven past Juanita Firs 76 hundreds of times. A while back had some car trouble and was told they were the best. ABSOLUTELY agree. Had a check engine light. They got me scheduled within a few days, I dropped it off for one day, diagnosed and fixed the problem same day. Just the other day my car battery died, they replaced it for me within an hour. Awesome. Found our new go-to mechanic. Honest and fair. FINALLY! THANK YOU!!”
“The Garage in Renton did a thorough inspection on the Toyota Highlander hybrid vehicle I was buying. The found two critical issues that needed to be fixed before I finalized the buy. They also found a number of maintenance items that needed to be fixed after the sell. They completed the inspection in time so I could complete buying the vehicle that day.”

The inspection lasted at least twice as long as they quoted, but they honored their quote. We were so pleased with their work that we insisted on paying for all of their time.

Taylor was very kind, gave me great advice, and was very patient. They gave me an appointment for a week later, but they told me the same day my car was ready, and it was done the next day. Stepping in as a brand-new customer, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but any apprehension vanished instantly. Every single person I encountered was so genuinely kind and helpful! I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Paige and Quincy. They were absolutely fantastic – so warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease right from the start. It really makes a difference!
Beyond the amazing customer service, I was thoroughly impressed with the pricing; it felt incredibly fair and transparent. And getting that vehicle inspection done was such a bonus – it really showed me you care about my car's overall health, not just the immediate fix.
My car does have a few other things on its 'to-do' list, both minor and more significant. But after this wonderful first experience, I'm already making plans to save up and definitely come back to your team around November to get everything sorted out. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else after such a positive introduction.

“I have an older car, 18 years, and for several years I have wanted to have it detailed. Well, I picked the best for sure. And as the title of their business states, they pay attention to the details. So happy with the over all appearance and their thoroughness. The little scratch marks behinds the driver's door hand (18 years of wear after all) completely gone. When I went to the gas station the next day, even the area behind the door to the gas cap was clean. The oxidization of the hood gone, and I had them address the yellowing headlights. The body of the vehicle looks like a brand new car without the payments of course. Their customer service is excellent, very friendly and I definitely appreciated the use of a loaner car. You will definitely be pleased with the results and your investment in preserving the value of your vehicle.”
“I think I’ve left a review before but I had to come back to say again how wonderful Paolo and his team are. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of.
