“My experience with Masters Auto & Tire has been AMAZING! I took my car for maintenance and they did a great job with full inspection and required repairs. They also provided a very detailed inspection report with a lot of valuable information about my car! “Before visiting the Michael Subaru Bellevue dealership, I had received internet prices from several other dealerships. I made an appointment with Daine Baldwin to compare prices. While my initial goal was to determine the dealership's pricing, I ended up purchasing a car because of Daine's exceptional service and kindness. She not only matched the prices offered by other dealerships but also provided a lower price. Her outstanding service didn’t stop there. Two days after I bought the car, the tire had a nail in it, causing a flat, and it was not repairable, so it had to be replaced. Despite the tire not being under warranty, she replaced it for free. “This entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards me when I took a recently purchased vehicle in to be inspected. Unfortunately it turned out to be a complete junker but if they had not run the in depth diagnostic tests included in their inspection package I never would have known. They took the time to walk me through each major issue with the vehicle (and there were MANY) Fortunately, I was able to use the detailed information from their digital report to arrange to return the car to the seller for some of my money back so there was tremendous value in that. I was quoted a fare price (same price Costco offered but they had at least an 3 week wait) and able to get the in within a couple of hours. Appreciate this business near me in south Seattle.”

“I’ve been taking my car here for the last 5 years. I’ve had great experiences every time, and the last time was no exception. I had a bad fuel purge valve and they were able to get me in the next day. Michal took care of me and got me in and out in less than 3 hours.

“Got two great tires for $70 each. It’s so hard to find used tires in Seattle, and all the shops I called were asking at least $50 more per tire. They answered the phone promptly and were able to fit me in the same day. When I got to the shop, the folks there were fast, professional, and friendly - I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got the tires just before leaving Seattle and I’ve made it to Wisconsin with no issues!”

“Dropped off car early morning without an appointment, and they were able to do an alignment, tire replacement, and brake pad replacement all same day.
Offered me a lot of options, didn't try to upsell me on anything, just discussed tradeoffs clearly. When my brake pads turned out to require dealer-specific versions, they got them from the dealership and didn't charge me for the additional cost (would have been more than the original quote).
