“I'm gonna have to really reevaluate my relationship with Wells Fargo. In doing business with Banner Bank recently, I have found multiple branches to be staffed by a very capable, knowledgeable and helpful folks that will go out of their way to make your experience a good one - even in the most difficult circumstances. Their app is a little clunky but it gets the job done. It doesn't get in the way of itself when you need to get some work done. As a somewhat locally owned bank, this may be one of those rare instances where I'm willing to pay for great service. Pam and her staff are superstars.”
“The team at Mercer Island Chase bank is absolutely amazing. We came to branch of Chase bank at Mercer Island to open a joint accounts, but since we just moved into US from Europe, there were a lot of issues to be discused and solved. Thankfully we had a privilege to cooperate with Kyle and he helped us with all of our concerns - his knowledge, professional and proactive approach was awesome. Linda was helping us sent up an account for my 16 year old daughter. She was so patient and kind and walked us through everything. She also helped my daughter goals for her savings and set up reminders and an ability to track her savings. Linda's service was spot on!”

“Based on reviews and my own bad experience a couple of years ago I had been extremely hesitant to return to this branch, but I had some foreign currency that wasn't going to exchange itself and I knew I'd get a far better exchange than the airport, so in I went.After a very short queue that was very reasonable in length (and fortunately, no one with a tablet this time, as that was where my problem started in 2022), worked with Amir on the exchange. Extremely kind and delightful person. Helped me with my exchange needs in a very short period of time, not only explaining each step of the process (including that each of the two currencies had to be processed separately) but also got into a light but friendly and helpful discussion on travel during moments we were waiting for something to process or print.Extremely pleased with my overall service (especially for me having a tiny account and it being a larger "chain" bank), and my experience makes me more likely to utilise this branch in the future.
