The pharmaceutical industry is NOT immune to manufacturer shortages. They CANNOT guarantee that a medication will be available from the time you call and check to the time that your prescription is actually filled. Inclement weather on the pass can delay deliveries. These employees work hard to fill a high volume of prescriptions, all the while getting cussed at and yelled at for things they cannot control. Show them some grace as they are doing the best they can.”
