“I need to give thanks and a shout out to the manager who was working mid-day on 7/6/26. My phone was showing not registered, so I couldn't call to check on my folks, and it was stressing me out. He quickly and calmly diagnosed and fixed the problem for no charge. He was a total pro. I should have been more patient and kind. Phone stuff takes a while, so if there are 8 other people in the store, be ready to wait a while.”
