I couldn't answer the "good value" question because it's really more about how much you're willing to spend each month to keep things you're not using. So, if you're willing to pay for storage and have done some price comparisons, THIS is where I'd spend my money...wait...I already do!”

Ariel has helped me for the last 4 years of having storage there when I had issues with getting sick on the east coast and ing unable to return to deal with my things. They allowed proration until I could get back, which is unheard of with big storage companies. They also did not excessively raise rates like Public Storage did with my Lynnwood space during this absence.Ariel treated me with kindness and compassion, always endeavoring to be helpful like a good friend. “First in-person interaction (after filling everything out online in advance) was with Lisa who at 15-mins to closing asked me to come back a diff day. Surprising but NBD. Returned a few days later and while I was finishing paperwork a woman stopped in to ask questions and was then instructed by Lisa to wait her turn. Then when I finished paperwork Lisa initiated to walk me up to the unit...and then advised the woman she'd need to go stand outside the store and await our return vs sitting inside, quietly where she was. I found this to be a rather odd and uncomfortable interaction because it's not like she was a threat or looking to take anything.And besides...there's cameras everywhere...”

The access to E valley Hwy is excellent. Absolutely love the staff. Compared to a lot of the other facilities I looked at to store my RV, this one is top shelf!”
