“Nice selection of odds and ends. Not really a full fledged hardware store. A fair assortment of SAE and metric nuts/bolts. With Rosauers adjoining this shop, makes it convenient for that important 6pack of beer when all goes wrong on your project.”

“I walked in looking for two simple things—matches and gloves. Right off the bat, I was greeted by a guy who turned out to be the manager. Not only did he point me straight to what I needed, but when I hit the register, he didn’t miss a beat. He gave a polite upsell pitch, and even convinced me to sign up for one of their store cards. The man nailed every single point on the customer service checklist. Kudos to him.

“Update: Watch your vehicle in the parking lot. I couldn't believe how many shady-looking people with backpacks I saw recently wandering around peoples vehicles. I even saw a girl sitting in one of those islands, looked to be doing drugs.
This location is always clean and organized. Parking is much better here compared to the Home Depot down the road, which has terrible parking availability”
“As always, a battle between those things I need and the many more things I want. Most of the time, I can find what I need, but sometimes get an item or two, I just wanted. Like most locations, service depends on the person you speak with. There are many helpful and friendly employees to help you, not always available when you need them. Mostly clean, but dealing with this level of inventory, of course could be cleaner. Lighting could be improved. Overall a good experience, each and every time.”
