“Nice selection of odds and ends. Not really a full fledged hardware store. A fair assortment of SAE and metric nuts/bolts. With Rosauers adjoining this shop, makes it convenient for that important 6pack of beer when all goes wrong on your project.”
2803 W Garland Ave, Spokane WA 99205
“Everyone wants to help you SO BAD it’s honestly overwhelming if you know what you’re looking for and where it is already but I love that about them. They also have a great selection. I love being able to locally source everything I need for a project.”

“I like shopping at Ace because, unlike their competition, someone always greets me and asks if they can help me find anything. I like the friendly atmosphere and feeling I shop where they appreciate me.”

“Had a guy, don't remember his name, helped make my world much easier again today. This is the third time hes done this over the year. I will get his name because he deserves a raise!!!! Has a black beard.”

“Great service helped me out of a tight spot! My daughter gifted me a new 2-wheel barrow yesterday & when I went to use it for my big project this morning, I found out one wheel was defective. Even though it was purchased at the Ace in Chewelah, the Ace on Francis graciously exchanged it for me and thus saved me at least a day on my project (and a 100 mile round trip). I really appreciated them helping me out!”

“This store has moved to the Valley! Leaving a 5 star review because they are awesome. But the downtown Pacific Ave location is no longer open. They have moved to: 5901 E Sprague Ave Spokane Valley, WA 99212”

“I was very very pleased with the care and attention I experienced with the entire staff. My Daughter who is a college student just moved In up the street. I stopped by the store 4 times in 2 day. The experience was basically a carbon copy of the trip before. It’s great to know she has a caring, qualified hand whenever she needs to purchase products or needs advice. Special shout out to MATT and CHARLIE. They went way out their way to make my life easier. Since I Drove in and was flying home I could not bring all tools needed. I bought her a 276 piece tool kit prior to the trip to keep at her apartment. Guess what I needed would have been #277. I’ve always known Ace is the Place but this store really is top shelf.”

“I needed a dryer and I had in mind what kind of dryer I needed. Gillian, waited on me today. I definitely will be back for her excellent customer service and knowledge of the appliances. She showed me different options that fit in my budget. She made shopping for the dryer painless and seamless. Thank you!”

“Update: Watch your vehicle in the parking lot. I couldn't believe how many shady-looking people with backpacks I saw recently wandering around peoples vehicles. I even saw a girl sitting in one of those islands, looked to be doing drugs. This location is always clean and organized. Parking is much better here compared to the Home Depot down the road, which has terrible parking availability”

“I was doing some electrical work and needed a list of items that I knew would take me forever to track down on my own. Luckily, Tom came in clutch! As soon as I saw he was working, I knew finding everything would be a breeze. I explained my project, he laid out a few great options, and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Huge thanks to Tom!”
