I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed, working alone and a line growing. But she was so friendly, and apologized to each customer, and was moving quickly, she did such an awesome job. I hope this isn't a normal schedule where one worker does a morning shift alone, I can tell it was stressful, but Stephanie made sure to appear calm, and move quickly, and be professional. I was worried about downtown parking, but they have a handful of their own parking spots right outside their building. Would recommend.”

“The staff here are always busy, but nice-enough to help when asked. I do wish they would make the rounds once in a while to ask if help is needed. It is awkward to ask for help when they are so busy. The store is very clean and the A/C is certainly welcome during this rare heat wave (112°!!!) Parking is often sufficient, but not always. Machines are in excellent working order.”

While mail is their main gig, you can also get notorizing done, car tabs/plates, photo and sign printing, gifts, 24hr mailbox service, UPS, FedEx, and USPS drop-off, buy stamps, have something packaged, and a number of other services I haven't had a chance to utilize.”
