“Was a late night store run so inside it was quiet, found what I was looking for and the Cashier at the self checkout was very nice. Only thing was the Cashier and 2 night stockers had no clue about the current digital and coupon deals, only to reference when they expired, which was incorrect. But all in all nice, clean store.”

“I love Trader Joe’s. The staff are so friendly and nice every time. The variety of their foods is excellent, many are a staple in my house. When my in-laws come to visit, the first place they want to go is Trader Joe’s! I will say, their produce, milk, meat, might not stay fresh for long. The parking lot can be a nightmare in this shopping center because it’s so busy, so bring patience and kindness when arriving and leaving.”

“We catered food from Mandalay Deli Mart and were blown away! The samosas were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the House Special Fried Rice was a total hit—generously loaded with tender meat, shrimp, and veggies, seasoned to perfection.
Everything arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully packed. The portions were generous, and the quality was outstanding. The service was smooth, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend Mandalay Deli Mart for catering—authentic flavors, great presentation, and excellent value. We’ll definitely be back for more!”

Also, the health food items here are what income for and the savings I get is incredible. Somewhere around a 40% savings on buying the products somewhere else. I buy my mushroom powders here, collagen, gluten free products and supplements as well as beauty products that are clean, with less harmful ingredients. They do a great job at having some really niche products. Kudos?”

“This is my favorite store. As a franchise. There's differences between each grocery outlet. But it's good for Staples and it's like a treasure hunt each one you go to.”
“First off I'll just start by saying I am American and not from the middle east. However I've been on a middle eastern food kick lately, trying all kinds of different things and making some new recipes. There are several shops along Pacific Hwy that sell various types of middle eastern foods. I tried this place tonight because they make pizza and kabobs. They are both excellent. The pizza is unlike any other flavors I've tried before, yet still familiar enough to most American style pizzas. It came with ketchup which I found interesting and wouldn't typically use this condiment on pizza, however on this particular pizza I just added a little and it was surprisingly good actually. Somehow the tanginess of the ketchup went with this pizza. Really amazing flavors all around. Perfectly cooked dough, nice and chewy on the crust with lots of crispy bits of cheese.
The kabobs are filling my whole car and house with good smells right now. These are not the same as typical kabobs you might find at a middle eastern style food truck. These are Chapli Kebabs and they are flat, burger shapped patties rather than chunks of meat that are cooked on a skewer. Comes with nice freshly baked bread, very soft and saw lots of people coming into the store just to buy this bread as well.
They have a pretty good selection of all kinds of other random stuff and lots of dried fruits and nuts as well as some Lebanese style cheeses, homemade yogurt, homemade pickles and other things. I don't think Americans typically shop here but they were very kind towards me. You will have to ask them about ordering the food as there really was no menu or anything that I saw. I think most people going here already know what they have/want type of situation, so I'm posting pics of what I ordered just for reference.

My wife and I decided to shop here again. We liked what we saw, and we picked up a few things. Everything was good, so I have upped a star from 3 to 4.
I'm starting to shop here more often now, I wish some cashiers paid attention to the ring-up. I dealt with Gabriella G. earlier today. She rang up my items and then was going to ring up a customer item right behind me at the same time. I told her that it was not mine. No greeting, sorry, or a thank you. I'm not sure if she got any training. Or she just needs to pay attention I guess if no greetings for the customers.

I usually shop at the Grocery Outlet in Federal Way because it’s convenient, and the store has a decent amount of fresh produce, meat, and baked goods.
It’s been a while since I shopped there. I've seen an employee sneaking and following a customer inside and following him out of the store. That was a bit odd despite having cameras all over the store already.
Anyhow, I like the variety of dried products, but I have not been shopping since there was an incident. I stopped by after work and had my Boeing laptop with me. The second I stepped inside the store, one of the employees told me to leave my backpack with them. I didn't think I heard it right, so I said, “Excuse me?" And the lady (manager) said, “You’re not allowed to take the backpack inside the store,” and I had to leave it with them. I immediately left the store. Before I left, I told the manager and her two employees that ‘I was not going to leave my work laptop with them.’ I don't even trust leaving it in my car, let alone with them.
So, for those fellow Boeing employees who shop at this bargain store, take your backpack or laptop home before you shop there. Otherwise, shop elsewhere.”
“The guy behind the counter with the long black hair is always of the most help and efficiency. The big guy with the red hair that comes out when you need help is extremely kind hearted and friendly. I drive here from North East Seattle to get my gas specifically because of the customer service. And Jen the manager is also EXTREMELY friendly and awesome.”
“The smell of freshly baking bread is a delight. They've got a tandoor and when you buy some of the Afghan bread he pulls you a fresh one out of the tandoor that is piping hot. They've got some spices, raisins, currants, and nuts for sale too. Their grocery selection is a bit sparse and their hours are seemingly erratic but the bread is delicious and the baker seems to be a nice fellow. The price for the bread is pretty cheap as well.”

“This Winco is my favorite grocery store in the area. The price is unbeatable without sacrificing the quality. The meat has many varieties of cuts with normal and high-end selections. Vegetables and fruits are fresh and often can be in better price than the special sale items in other stores. There are self check out lanes and several cashier lanes. Check out is mostly smooth.”
