“I rarely give 5 stars. Sure, the aesthetics are what they are, an ex UPS store that hasn’t really been updated. But what makes this place worth the rating is the sincerity of the employees. They advocated for me to get a refund from UPD when they could have left me on my own. They were so flexible and courteous with the resulting reshipment. The outcome was exactly what I needed when it could have been a disaster. Even waiting in the store you can hear them being extra neighborly to customers, an increasingly rare thing. I hope they stay in business.”
“Brian went above and beyond to help me navigate the confusing process of creating an international return shipping label on the computer onsite.
He even took the time to double check the visa center’s instructions email and caught an important mistake I had made! To make sure everything went smoothly, he also printed backup copies of the label and invoice so there wouldn’t be any hiccups when the visa center sends my documents back!

“We try and use Southwest exclusively when we have a family sending a loved one home. My wife and I also fly them most times and have for years. Every time we need a transfer for a loved one they have been easy to work with, the price rarely changes, the staff is respectful and caring, and the experience is always top notch. “Paul has great customer service skills he is a jolly fellow. The space could be tight to get in. The parking is limited for larger rig best bet would be on the street at the shipper and receiving rear side of the builing. Please note it's a $$ 250 fine for parking in Auburn street, night time it's fine cause the parking enforcement are sleeping. There's a truck stop near by 6 miles south on 167 which charges 25/day for parking, there's also a fuel stop at hwy 18 (76 fuel stop) ; only fuel no parking. Plenty of food nearby walking distance 1 mile and a small local casino, banks, Lowe's etc..”
“When my local UPS store in fairwood left me in a bind with printing a poster for an event I am having next day I called Staple. Alejandro answered the phone and was SO helpful, he guided me on how to get my poster printed and within hours even though they were slammed. I did what he said, and when I called back he was gone for the day but a really nice person told me they were aware of it and it would be ready in an hour. When I got there michael helped me and he was clearly overwhelmed by how busy they were and my poster wasn't ready. I was flustered, something that was supposed to be done, and wasn't because of the ups store was now taking several hours longer and I had so much more to do. Michael printed it right away,was above and beyond and even honored mismarked clearance items for me. Staples not only has everything you need but the team at staple the landing are professional, kind and just genuinely human. Thank you, you saved my behind!!!”

“Shout out to the Amazing Susie! My package didn't make it to my home on Friday, so I arranged pickup at the Seattle hub first thing Monday morning. Miraculously, Suzie was able to nab my package off the courier's truck just as it was about to leave for my home, where I wasn't. Not sure how the wires got crossed, but documents I've been working on for two years can now fly with me to Chicago in about two hours thanks the help of one lovely person named Suzie.”

“I've picked up here many times and I've never had an issue. As others have said entrance is on Marginal Way. When you come in park to the right. Check in is all the way at the end of the building. They are extremely by appointment so unless you just need a place to park it's best to just arrive on time. No overnight parking but you can stage as early as you want so long as they are open. Staff is efficient and professional. Loading takes about an hour from when you get on the dock. I will gladly pick up from here again!”

“I started coming here when I tried to go to the post office and couldn't get in the parking lot cuz it's so busy, and I found this place to be so relaxing and unstressful to get things done. They do notary, they do everything the post office does and more and the service is great. It may cost a bit more but it's so worth it, the no stress. I have and will continue to do business here!”

The people who work there helped me to navigate where I had to go and it turns out there's 2 buildings next to each other(I didn't know that) so one was drop off and the other pick up and of course I went to the first one that I saw (wrong one) but the folks entered my paperwork and kindly directed me to the next building!”
