“Wow!!! This place is great. I've had a bad experience at a Grocery Outlet in another city. Oak Harbor Grocery Outlet really redeemed the brand for me!!! And Roxanne's friendliness and pride in her job was the finishing touch. Highly recommend!!!!”

“Most recently came here in September 2021 on the hunt for vanilla ice cream with my grandma after picking some blackberries at a local state park. The parking lot is easy to navigate and carts easily accessible by the store entrance. Aisles were clearly labeled and it was straightforward to find what we were looking for. Some of the shelves were pretty picked over, though that might have partially been due to supply shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic. The store itself was cleanly and the workers friendly.”
“I don't buy the bulk of my stuff here but I'm at Safeway probably more often than any other grocery store picking up odds and ends. The store is nice has a great floral department and decent produce, but anything not on sale can be expensive. I love their fried chicken, they have a great chocolate mousse cake, the ice creams regularly on sale, I buy my organic grass milk here, they have a good selection in general. The things I don't like about the store daytime hours and early evening they're almost always busy, so if you're a night owl just go in late then, stocking can be a problem I found in the past that shelves can just be wiped out, any daytime hours you go the line at the pharmacy is long, you can't get anything at the seafood counter except for morning and very early afternoon hours. Doesn't keep me away but does keep me going to other high-end grocery store.”
“I love this store, it has everything but bird seed!! I live just down the road and come here alot for kratom, ice cream, creamer, dog treats ect ect. I really like the owners and miss them but I think the new couple who's running it might be there family. They're very nice to! Can you believe it they even had lettuce&tomato for my tacos! 9 out of 10 times I'll choose this little store over the big chains!”
“Great place that stays open late, which is really nice because nothing else is open in the entire city. They also have really good fresh donuts every morning and a great selection and a very friendly staff and it's a good overall feeling.”
“Prices are lower but I still feel like I am getting taken advantage of everywhere with increased costs so I have chosen to cut back spending dramatically. No spending on wants and desires only necessity. If everyone else would do the same we can get prices reduced. It's called supply and demand. Reduce spending means to much supply so prices come down. Increase spending reduces supply and prices go up. Just noticed that soda ihas gone up especially Pepsi in the plastic wrap 6 or with packs. The one thing I liked about Walmart is I didn't have to buy four cases at a time to get the lower price right? Each case was just a good price but now it's cheaper to go to see what Safeway and buy four packs or buy two packs get two free. It ends up being five, something a case and a six pack or eight pack based on what size bottles it's cheaper. It ends up being five something which is more realistic. Walmarts was four something but now I'm reading $7:85. This is getting ridiculous. I guess it's back to Safeway Walmart. You need to think about that cuz a lot of times we buy other things when we can get that. One thing we want mostly at a low price but now that I see your soda has gone up in prices it's cheaper to go to Safeway and get buy two get two free and so you're going to lose my business and I'm going to end up in Safeway buying stuff.”
