“This place is amazing. We do a lot of business here and sometimes it’s a simple fix and other days it can be a bit complicated. The staff is always helpful in making sure I’m satisfied and leave with the correct parts. Today was no exception. James went above and beyond in helping me and my company. Thank you.”

“Cool old school woodworking supply shop. The folks that work there enjoy the conversations so that's unique imho these days. I tend to learn something each time I'm in there. Good supply of tools, high quality and diversity of wood types and sizes from pen blanks up to furniture width exotic boards. Rikon tools seems to be their main tool type, while expensive is some of the best from what I understand. They have parking next to the store albeit not a ton of space but room for say 10 cars otherwise street parking.”

“This location seems to have turned around from its extremely poor customer service history! I am a senior, and was attempting to get a few 2x12x12 boards down for a project. An Asian employee, older gentleman, came to help me without being asked! Amazing! I was able to get them cut right away too, and at checkout the young lady was far far more personable than the witch I've had to tolerate before ( hopefully she had been let go). Long story short, a very pleasant experience at three different customer contact points (getting heavy lumber down, getting it cut properly, and a very pleasant checkout). Couldn't be happier about this new direction!”

“I love this store.. Always helpful and friendly. And I love that they stock candy that is old school and hard to find.. This is a store that you would have in your neighborhood as a kid. Highly recommend! For those complaining about anti theft measures I totally support what they do. There are druggies living behind and they are constantly getting robbed and the police are understaffed.”

“I swung by one Saturday afternoon on the way home from the Enumclaw Sales Pavilion. I needed a few boards to finish building a cage for the critters I'd just acquired at auction, & some hardware too. Their staff were friendly, polite, & helpful. Since this isn't my normal Home Depot store I didn't know where anything was located. They happily answered my questions of where I could find the items I needed.”

“I had an amazing experience at the The Home Depot thanks to Angela! We originally purchased a defective product, but she went completely above and beyond to make it right. Angela not only replaced the item, but upgraded it for us and gave us multiple options to choose from. She took her time, made sure we understood everything, and genuinely cared that we left the store happy. Customer service like this is rare—Angela turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”
