They made it super easy for me to upgrade to a larger unit when I needed more space, and just as simple to downgrade when I no longer did. When there was an issue with my payment that I didn’t catch right away, they were quick to notify me, accept payment, and even reversed the charge fees without hassle. The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!”

“My dad and i came in to store his boat for the winter and the garages were a little narrow for his boat but the guy who was at the front desk (i think his name was Lue) out in liberty lake, was beyond helpful and even offered to use his truck to take it back further. amazing service !!”
