“I honestly recommend this place. Buying a car is stressful especially when you have to do it unexpectedly. Cars are expensive but this dealership has prices that are reasonable for the market and competitively priced/lower than most dealerships in the area. Most of their vehicles have very low miles. They made the process of buying a car as simple and painless as possible. lol. I hate buying cars! Craig was very helpful, patient and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy. He offered coffee and water every time I came in. All of their vehicles have a 30 day warranty. Which is better than a lot of used lots in the area that sell as is. Travis was helpful with financing. I got a pretty good interest rate and put very little down. He also added a good extended mechanical warranty to my loan which gives me some extra peace of mind when buying a used car. . He even worked with me on my first payment date so that I have 90 days and can wait until after the holidays to start making payments. Then, After I bought the car I was struggling with having time and assistance with getting the car to my home. I was going to uber but I was also working from home and had so much going on with my kids home from school sick. So they delivered the vehicle to me ! This was a huge help and I really appreciated it. I then realized that the vehicle only had one key. . I was worried about this because I lose stuff a lot. I felt like they had been very helpful and almost didn’t want to ask but I did. I asked for a second key to see if they would consider it and they said yes and seemed happy to help. I really appreciate the support I’ve continued to have after I already purchased the vehicle. They already got my money but they have continued to be helpful. I can see that they are in it for the long haul. They care enough to want you to come back. They work hard for their good reputation. I will definitely come back the next time I need a vehicle. “Found a nice F150 at Marketplace Auto online and went to look at it right before Christmas. It checked most all the boxes for me but When i found a mechanical issue wrong with it they ended up pulling it in the shop after I left and took care of it along with a new fuel pump just to make sure it was good to go. They did this even though I hadn’t said I would buy it yet. Their salesman Nick kept in touch and set up another appointment after Christmas when he worked with us and sold us our new Truck. I’d recommend anyone going there to buy a used vehicle. Their staff was very professional and helpful.”

He was honest highlighting the positives and negatives of the vehicle (minor scratches I had missed). The price was reasonable and when I started to have second thoughts they left me alone to determine if this was in fact the best choice for myself. I love no high pressure sales. I was able to purchase my dream car without hassle. Came in the afternoon and I was greeted by Ray, a well experienced salesman. He introduced me to Joel another salesman and the owner Jimmy. Everyone was down to earth and it didn’t feel like anyone was desperate to sell a car. It’s a homey environment and they treat you like family. These guys were genuinely wanting to give you the best deal without pressuring you to sign up for all that extra stuff those other dealerships add on. I will be recommending family and friends here.
