“Out sourced station. So Fastbreak is available except you wait in line with non fastbreak. So 50 minutes of waiting to just get keys which took 1 minute. On return no one meeting you. Since Fastbreak no paperwork. Only boxes to drop keys with paperwork. Luckily no one in line so handed to agent and told him parking spot. Would be helpful if app had features to take pictures of mileage and vehicle. Plus parking spot for outsourced areas.”

She was terrific in handling an over charge from the Seattle airport where I rented a brand new Hyundai to get home. She was very accommodating and helpful to solve it. “This review is long overdue. However, I want to let the world know that Yaquelinne Lopez went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I traveled back to the US to deal with a family emergency. I booked a rental car through PRICELINE but when I got to the rental counter at the TRICITIES airport, I was told there were no car. What? "BUT I have a confirmation number. SORRY." So, I went to the next car counter to be told it would be 500 dollars for a one day rental. I then went to the Hertz counter and Yaquelinne went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. I got a one day rental to SeaTac for less than 200 dollars and my car was ready within an hour. So from now on, it is Hertz and Dollar all the way! Thank you Hertz TRICITIES!”

“I honestly had a pretty good experience with Alamo. I drove from Washington state to Florida and the pricing was good, I was given a 2020 vehicle and the one way drop fee was super reasonable. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because I didn’t get the exact vehicle I wanted (though what I received was considered equivalent), and the oil change light came on once I got into Idaho (literally only a couple hundred miles). Clearly the car needed one before it was rented. But, I had no issues, so overall I had a really good rental experience.”
