“Upon arriving into Pasco, WA airport we were exhausted and unfortunately turned down by our reservation at Dollar/Hertz due to the policy of having major CC available for deposit.

“I rarely do reviews but felt this Budget car rental deserved one. To start I always book National when flying into Pasco but they were full along with Enterprise, so my only option was Budget. I read the reviews to try and understand why they were not booked and based on all the bad reviews I figured that was why. With that said reading about all of the cars being dirty, not getting the right car for the class of rental, I decided to book the managers choice thinking how bad could it be and atleast I wouldn't be disappointed and if it was a worn out rental it was just for 24 hours. So with no expectations I get to the counter, and was offered a huyandai sonata and just said yes. First impression, the car was expectionally clean inside and out with no funky smell. The vehicle only had 15k miles and drove like it. Overall counter experience was great and the rental had good tech and great gas mileage and leads me to possibly give budget another opportunity next time im in Pasco.”
“This review is long overdue. However, I want to let the world know that Yaquelinne Lopez went ABOVE and BEYOND for me. I traveled back to the US to deal with a family emergency. I booked a rental car through PRICELINE but when I got to the rental counter at the TRICITIES airport, I was told there were no car. What? "BUT I have a confirmation number. SORRY." So, I went to the next car counter to be told it would be 500 dollars for a one day rental. I then went to the Hertz counter and Yaquelinne went ABOVE and beyond to help me out. I got a one day rental to SeaTac for less than 200 dollars and my car was ready within an hour. So from now on, it is Hertz and Dollar all the way! Thank you Hertz TRICITIES!”
