“The store itself is great, but the customer service seriously needs improvement. I waited over 25 minutes for assistance, and no employee ever showed up to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed an issue with the staff either. Even when employees are available, many of them don’t seem particularly friendly or interested in helping customers. It often feels like they’re just going through the motions and would rather be anywhere else. Management really needs to address this. Better training, accountability, or retraining would go a long way. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with customers, retail probably isn’t the right job for them. Bi-Mart is a good store, but the quality of the customer service does not match the quality of the store itself. Edit: after the kind response, I changed my review to 5 stars, everyone deserves a second chance”

I did see a couple men that probably don't like me because they suffer from anxiety issues over laughing and hurt me when I was a kid, Dolan & brayburnson. They probably talk bad about me, Cody, but I've done nothing to anyone in this whole state, or anywhere else. Let it go people! Be polite to everyone. You never know when it may help someone having a bad day, YOU could be a cheeror rather than a irksome individual. It ain't my fault, or anyone else's. Being nice is what the adversary hates the most, and glaring a stare isn't helpful neither...,”

“The very definition of a community that’s came together. The community depends on this shell. The staff are amazing. When you walk in; it feels more like a family operating this place. Which is why I come here every day. The food is delicious; They make it right there in front of you and it’s omg good. Everyone is nice here. It’s like having a piggly wiggly in the middle of the Styx. That home store for an entire community. I’m proud to know every last one of these guys. Amazing service, always smiling, always helpful and the reason I keep coming back everyday. Bathrooms always clean ( could use sanitary seat covers) but toilets are always clean so I don’t mind. Store always clean Never a mess in this store. Always very tidy. Food always great; Wide selection I suggest the waffle breakfast sandwich or the burrito or even the ham bars. Gas prices; The gas prices could use some improvement but not complaining. The people; Love these guys”

Bought some donuts that were pre-packaged and displayed any Krispy Kreme stand and boxes, but didn't realize they weren't really Krispy Kreme. Either way they taste it okay but just not what I was thinking I was buying. I will have to look more closely next time.”
