“The store itself is great, but the customer service seriously needs improvement. I waited over 25 minutes for assistance, and no employee ever showed up to help me. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed an issue with the staff either. Even when employees are available, many of them don’t seem particularly friendly or interested in helping customers. It often feels like they’re just going through the motions and would rather be anywhere else. Management really needs to address this. Better training, accountability, or retraining would go a long way. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with customers, retail probably isn’t the right job for them. Bi-Mart is a good store, but the quality of the customer service does not match the quality of the store itself. Edit: after the kind response, I changed my review to 5 stars, everyone deserves a second chance”

“Great place to fill up. The fuel prices are the best around this area. Pretty easy in and out (depending on typical rush hour or not). Lots of pumps so waiting is not the usual. They offer a few snacks/drinks. Oil, anti-freeze, washer fluid are right there too. Plus, the Fred Meyer store is in the same location if you need more items. Up to $1.00 off fuel using collected fuel points if you shop at Fred Meyer. Always a plus.”

“Our first time at Fred Meyers! We don't have one in Hawaii. After coming from an event in heels, that was not the greatest idea. The store is huge and my feet became raw. And being that we were new, we kept walking back and forth finding all the ingredients we needed. There were a lot of workers on the floor stocking shelves and we had asked a few to help us locate some items. All those we encountered were helpful and friendly. They even had home furniture too! Aside from food, I picked up some items I forgot to pack like a hair brush and feminine products. I would definitely shop here again on our next trip.”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands. More than two-thirds of those brands have never sold at Target before. Dyson, Sunday Riley, St. Tropez and Boy Smells are among the arrivals.
