“I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation.So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack.I would definitely recommend this apartment.”

“This is strictly for the support we have gotten with issues with the apartment we have had. Maintenance has been exceptionally amazing in being quick, efficient, and getting the job done, specifically David. He has gone above and beyond with assisting in solving any issues we have had, big or small. They are quick to respond and get it done, which is something I have not experienced in other apartments. Needed to note this, for the folks living here as well as debating moving here.”

“The concierge services are excellent. A person who has consistently gone the extra mile to resolve issues for us is Sahil Musazade who has been here since we arrived a year ago. Collin laos has become a supportive friend to us during this time.”

The property is clean, well maintained, and has a very calm and pleasant atmosphere. It feels comfortable and welcoming, and the management does a great job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. Very happy with the experience here.”

Cleaned up! Taken care of! Love to see the Madrone Passive House under new mgmt that takes care of their trash and neighborhood around them, a complete turn around!

UPDATE 10/14/2025
Still a mess! Worst neighbors. Trash everywhere, glass broken all over the street, can’t walk our dogs without them getting glass in their paws. You took the neighborhood down a notch.

UPDATE 8/5/2025: People moving in and out, leaving their trash all over the street for the crows and rats to come into the neighborhood. Madrone is an awful neighbor.

UPDATE 6/20/2025: I've emailed, texted, and now have to come here because you ignore me.

Your trash is overflowing. Rats have built homes in the neighborhood. Literally everyone surrounding your building thinks your a bad neighbor. We are paying $500 for exterminators for your overflowing trash cans. Rats, crows, everyone. Act like a community member and take care of your trash properly.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood on and off the last 20 years. We bought a home across the street and watched them build this for the last 3 years.

Now that it has been built, the tenets leave their trash on top of the garbage and the crows, rats and squirrels devour it. There is glass all over the street, food annd garbage everywhere and the critters have come. It’s a disaster. I tried calling management and they don’t return calls. So now I’m going to the city to report them. It’s really bad, they have brought the neighborhood down.”

“Rob was awesome! He went out of his way to help me retrieve my girlfriend’s keys after they accidentally fell into the donation box. Really appreciate the extra effort and great service!”

“Staff here is amazing. Maintenance is especially great here. Everyone that I've worked with has been competent, communicative, and respectful. Tony has been around for awhile and is always extremely professional. Dennis just fixed some shelving for me on very short notice and did so efficiently.

The staff is what makes me like living here!”

“edit: Previously I put 2 stars because of being very disappointed about upstair neighbors not respecting the community quite hours plus the fact that the floors are very thin in this building. But to be fair, this could have not been an issue if we can all be mindful and avoid making noises to our downstairs neighbors. My own upstairs neighbors living on the top floor has been dragging chairs every early morning sometimes before 6am, but at least the leasing office has been very responsive to help me communicating to them. Will need some time to see how it goes…

I enjoyed everything about this apartment so far except for the noise issue I mentioned above. Nice gym, plenty of storage spaces in unit, the location, etc.
And big kudos to Cori, being so warm, sweet, responsive, helpful, during my on-site tour and for moving-in logistics, and also about the noise complaints.”

“Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.”

“Chad responded in less than 24 hours and addressed both maintenance requests! Was able to repair one item and partially repair the other. Management will need to complete the one partially done. I really love living here!”

“This community is new, elegant, modern and the appliances are top of the line! The new management and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. Shout out to Natalia, the housekeeper, she works very hard in ensuring the community is clean at all times. They truly care. The Bosch appliances, waterfall Quartz, bidets, and heated floors are EXTREMELY amazing to find in an apartment community. Most of the units here have a balcony and some expansive terraces. I love it here! It is located on Central Way and it has PCC in the building. The location is SUPERB. This is the place to be in DT Kirkland!”

“We are approaching our third week of living at the beautiful Capri Apartments. As we moved in from overseas, there were several circumstances that did not fully meet the usual requirements. Despite this, the Capri team went above and beyond, working proactively and graciously to help resolve every issue we encountered.

The location is exceptional—right in the heart of downtown Kirkland—with easy access to the library, parks, restaurants, and all essential community amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is clean and pleasant, and the apartment community itself is very well maintained.

Most importantly, Clarissa, who takes such thoughtful care of the residents, is truly outstanding. She is professional, attentive, and incredibly kind, making the entire move-in experience smooth and reassuring.

We highly recommend Capri Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed, and beautifully located place to live.”

“I just moved in a month ago, the experience was not amazing.

1. Door battery went out and I was locked out of my apartment on a Sunday night. We got no warnings prior, good thing is the maintenance team responded fast.
2. There’s no soundproof because it is such an old building, we can hear our neighbors phone rings and our downstairs neighbor came up to complain our normal living sound. If you do decide to live here, do pick the top floor.
3. We moved in a month ago and the fresh paint smell is still there, we tried opening the windows during the day and they didn’t help

The location is nice, layout was good, and the staffs were great, special thanks to the maintenance staff Reanan, who helped change our door battery in 30 minutes on a Sunday night. Two stars for the location and two stars for the staff.”

My 1BR is BEAUTIFUL and so spacious. Open living area and large balcony have a view of the water. Fantastic kitchen with pristine white cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. It’s right across the street from a beautiful waterfront park. The property is peaceful and serene, and you can’t beat the location. It’s a great value with - thank god - reasonable rent.

The property manager Jackie is an angel on earth. She is so warm and inviting - I knew I wanted to live here the moment I met her. Maintenance has been proactive and prompt.

I picked this over more modern, new buildings, and am so glad I did. It feels like home!”

I’ve lived at Burke and Union for over two years now, and I’ve loved every minute of it. The building is beautiful—well maintained, and modern. The amenities are great: a well-equipped gym, a stunning rooftop deck, a secure mailroom, and even a dog wash area! Plus, the covered and secure parking is a huge bonus.

Inside the apartments, everything is thoughtfully designed. The layouts are spacious and functional, with plenty of natural light and generous kitchen counters. The soundproofing is excellent—I rarely hear my neighbors or any street noise. Having a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and an InSinkErator disposal makes everyday life so much more convenient. All the appliances work great, and if anything ever needs attention, the maintenance team is prompt, professional, and incredibly kind.

The team is great at communicating when maintenance is scheduled to happen, or when work has to be done on the building. I always received plenty of warning of any work being done to my unit.

A special shoutout to Leslie, Ryan, and the entire maintenance team—they truly go above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. Burke and Union is my serene oasis in the city!”

The apartments feel spacious, open. It’s hard to find layouts this functional and inviting in the area.
The team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They genuinely care about the residents and work hard to make the community feel welcoming and well-maintained.
