I have neck pain and sleep on my side, and don’t like a fluffy pillow so he was able to pull a few low profile pillow options for me to test and told me about the benefits of Tempur-Pedic products. It was nice to have all the Tempur-Pedic options in one place. I will come back for a new mattress soon.”

“Went to Mattress Firm store at Crossroads Mall to check out the various mattresses. Jared, the store manager, listened to what we were interested in and showed us multiple options. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the different mattresses. Chose a Stearn & Foster mattress along with a new bed frame that will elevate the bed.The whole process of selecting and purchasing the mattress was very low pressure and enjoyable. “Looks like this store is closing in June. Saw lots of amazing deals such as kings for $500 or brand name mattresses such as Beautyrest black and aireloom for half off ? Everyone seems to be picking off their discounted limited stocks items since there’s mattresses in bags labeled as sold everywhere in the store. Friendly customer service and there’s even financing and white glove deliveries. Staff also offers tie down service to the top of car if you’re wanting to take one home right away ?”

Great experience at Mattress Depot. The salesman, Brett was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The exchange process was incredibly easy — no questions asked — which made the whole experience stress-free. On top of that, everyone was very friendly and professional.

“My husband bought a Klaussner leather recliner 8 years ago and the recliner mechanism broke recently. Greenbaum's was super helpful and had him get in touch with Klaussner. The part was not longer available for the fix so they made a new one for us and sent it to us for installation. Who does this? Most places would just say we are out of luck. Instead, they said the mechanism is guaranteed for life. I don't remember getting this kind of service at Selden's when I had a problem. Anyway, my husband thought this was going to end up in the landfill but instead it works great. The leather was in good shape so he is very happy!”

“After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor recommended I get a new mattress: my old one was 15 years old and getting worn out. I searched locally and found Emerald City Mattress. As soon as I stepped in, I was warmly greeted and with questions as to why I was there and what I needed, shown several incredible options in my price range. I told them I needed to check on my finances and possible insurance assistant options, and when I returned a week later, not only did they recognize me, they remembered which one I had preferred! I happily purchased it and it was delivered later that day. Wonderful service, and highly recommended!”

Tony was stellar helping us get checked out and set up delivery, and totally just a nice upbeat person, no high pressure anything (he didn't even ask me to mention him in the review, I just want to call it out because he's awesome.)The quality of Dania really speaks for itself. Our last Dania sofa is going on 10 years old with big ol dogs allowed up on the couch, my heavy a** sitting/sleeping on it at times, and seriously, thing looks like 6 months old. Can't say enough good things.Prices on mid-high end furniture are always kinda hit or miss, but for what you get, I've stuck pretty much exclusively with Dania and Kasala with the tie breaker 100% being design/comfort on various pieces. And fwiw, Dania is 90% of that stuff.”
