“Brandon was knowledgeable and helped narrow it down to my sleep needs. I tried different/new-to-me types of mattresses and kept going back and forth to two. Brandon let me take my time in the store and eventually narrowed it down. It was delivered the next day - quick, prompt and professional. My sleep the past two nights has been a dramatic difference. We’ll see if the improvements progress in the next two weeks.”

“We thought about visiting a local mattress store to learn about and decide on the perfect Tempur-Pedic bed for us. The closest Flagship store to our location in Oregon was 200 miles from us. Ultimately we decided to make the drive to the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in Tukwila, WA. Prior to making the trip I contacted the store by phone and was assisted by Larry. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my preliminary questions. When we arrived at the store, Larry was able to guide us through trying various matrress options. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He educated us on the differences and features of each combination (mattress and base) We made our decisions and placed the order. Larry continues to be our point of contact for order status and on-going questions and concerns. I highly recommend visiting a Flagship store if at all possible.”

We talked about what I was looking for in a bed and my price range. I spent a bit more than I planned but he let me try out a number of mattress that met my requirements and I picked out the one that I thought was the most comfortable.
There was no pressure and he let the mattresses speak for themselves.
He also worked with me to set up delivery as I needed a different window than first available.
I'm really excited to get my new bed and will recommend this store to anyone who asks.”
“Looks like this store is closing in June. Saw lots of amazing deals such as kings for $500 or brand name mattresses such as Beautyrest black and aireloom for half off ? Everyone seems to be picking off their discounted limited stocks items since there’s mattresses in bags labeled as sold everywhere in the store. Friendly customer service and there’s even financing and white glove deliveries. Staff also offers tie down service to the top of car if you’re wanting to take one home right away ?”
“Very helpful salespeople -- I ended up buying a LuxeBreeze Soft and thanks to the sales associate got the July 4th sale price despite buying it in June.
Later I found the mattress too soft for my back and since I was within the 90 day trial period came back and switched it for the Medium Hybrid with no hassle. Also picked up a couple of pillows!”

“After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor recommended I get a new mattress: my old one was 15 years old and getting worn out. I searched locally and found Emerald City Mattress. As soon as I stepped in, I was warmly greeted and with questions as to why I was there and what I needed, shown several incredible options in my price range. I told them I needed to check on my finances and possible insurance assistant options, and when I returned a week later, not only did they recognize me, they remembered which one I had preferred! I happily purchased it and it was delivered later that day. Wonderful service, and highly recommended!”

“The service was great at the downtown Seattle location, and we’re happy with our futon and mattress. If you’re buying from them because you want an environmentally friendly product, just be aware that ours arrived in several large boxes full of plastic and styrofoam, and the mattress was rolled up in about 8 layers of plastic wrap. This is pretty disappointing from a company that markets themselves as environmentally/socially responsible.”

The process was flexible and smooth, and he even came up with solutions for a tricky delivery. His fellow associates were also professional and genuine. The bed is comfortable, durable, and gives us the best sleep. We ended up with the Casper Snow and an adjustable frame. I also recommend the pillows and bed sheets.”
