“Costco is always too crowded with rude, disrespectful people who do not have or use basic manners . But their food court is cheap & taste good. But that is all it has going for it. As you never can sit & not even get to stand near to hear them call your #. I'm not sure how the staff at the food court is always nice. No matter how horrible the conditions they have to work in with the rude customers . But they have always been friendly. Unlike the cashiers for the warehouse”
“This is the first time I've ever felt inclined to leave a review and I'm pleased to say the service at the tire center here was phenomenal. I got a flat tire right before a trip I had planned when I would propose to my girlfriend so I went online and got 4 new tires but they weren't in stock. I purchased them hoping they would get shipped before my trip and an employee called me two days before saying they got them and to schedule the mounting. He squeezed me in the next day and although I dropped my car off earlier in the day they called me an hour before my appointment was even scheduled saying my car was good to go. Not to mention they worked with me bringing in a new, undamaged rim to mount instead of the damaged one I had. Disposal, mounting, TPMS reset and service for 4 tires all for around 700 bucks. If you need new tires this is the place to go.”

The quality of customer service I receive in person or via telephone is great, professional, and they are very informative when I ask questions. We have all our prescriptions filled here and even our pet prescriptions. For the best prices for medications, and without insurance, Costco is the way to go!! “Recently moved to the Tri-Cities from Colorado and found the ChefStore here to be very clean, with good prices, and fresh items to buy in bulk at excellent prices. A lot of business in this area revolves around being able to make affordability, so I appreciate this store in many ways. The staff is understanding and kind, though if I had any critiques it would be a better unstanding of when stock comes in, as there never seems to be any fresh chicken available unless it's ordered directly ahead of time.
