“I currently have a storage unit with Plateau Heated Storage. However, I needed a bigger space and worked with Denise on finding the best one that would fit my needs. She was extremely helpful and allowing me to view all three units that were available. In the end I chose to go with a bigger unit as that made more sense for what I was looking for. They happen to be conveniently located and are very easy to work with. I have been very happy with the service I have received being a prior client and using their establishment also to rent U-Haul trucks from time to time. “I’ve had two very different experiences with U-Haul pick-up locations. At Redmond Ridge Self Storage, store manager Alexcia was phenomenal—so helpful and kind. Moving is always stressful, but having someone like her truly brightens the day and makes everything so much easier. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. In contrast, my experience at Red Way Self Storage was the complete opposite. The staff member there was unhelpful, rude, and dismissed my questions by saying he didn’t even work for U-Haul. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. Honestly, I wasn’t planning to use U-Haul for my interstate move, but I’m reconsidering just because of Alexcia at Redmond Ridge!”

“This self-storage facility is safe and makes it easy to move your things in and out. We came in responding to an ad for 50% off the first two months. Unfortunately, the discount was not honored during the time we stored our things there. We let Cinda know at the front desk, and though it took a couple months, she persevered and got us our discount refunded. Thank you Cinda! We would come back and work with Cinda anytime. :)”

“We started using them when we moved to the area in 2018. The building has always been incredibly well looked after and clean. We never had to worry about our things in storage.
That would've gotten a four star review - they were great and better than anything else we've used. But they got five stars because of how they went way beyond over the last few months.
We decided to move and needed to store our things before it got loaded. Ariel did everything to make this the easiest and most efficient move possible. Getting the units, dropping the units we didn't need, help getting a truck, loading and offloading by the movers etc - every single time the team made it as smooth as you can imagine. And ALWAYS with a smile. Not just brilliant professionals but great humans too.”
“I was able to find a Tiny “Gem” 5x5 in This Public Storage — the big plus being right near the front door, and at first I had my Misgivings with the small front parking lot and security w/ so close to the Front. And I was scared origin thinking I could NOT afford Public Storage— bc they were Always Higher than the Competitors.
But so far so good! Everytime I came there was enough parking (there IS ample more parking downstairs — as the Property is Huge!), the Front Door is Secure and the Staff: Kelly (sad shes gone), Jhon and Robin are great, Resourceful and helpful. And I got an amazing 2-month Deal, but my Monthly price was Affordable for me to Stay.
The building is located in a convenient spot right off 405/520 fwy and not too far from the 90. Its in a good Quiet enough area, its Clean, and they keep the weird Transients or Squatters out from doing Drugs, Stashing Food or leaving Trash in the Units or Property (that I’ve seen at other Facilities… pretty much everywhere now). Im Pretty Happy being here, altho I think I may be moving out soon enough in the Fall. Thank you to this Public Storage — and Kudos! -Samantha”
“Very Nice facility. Some Heated and some not but it’s well vented. Good pricing and you get a Free Moving truck. Trevor is nice, polite, well communicated and a funny guy. You definitely will love the place.
Oh! There is a dock station for easy loading and offloading prevented from rain.”
