“We had a MAJOR septic issue, and Aquaris went above and beyond to help us solve it!

We couldn’t drain our pump tank no matter what was tried. Our previous septic service company was of little help. After looking at the situation, the only solution they could offer was that we had a blockage in the transport line to the drainfield and that we would need to run an entirely new pipe.

That was anything but a simple solution. Our as-built plans were not even close to the actual configuration, and the transport lines run approximately 500 feet up the side of a major slope, more than 140 feet above the septic tank. To make an already difficult situation even more challenging, the pipes run through major trees and heavy overgrowth.

Laying new pipe was simply not an option we were willing to accept without exploring every possible alternative.

We called Aquaris, and Mike came out the very next day—even though we didn’t have a service contract with them. They tried all kinds of solutions, but unfortunately, nothing worked initially. Mike told us he wasn’t going to give up.

And he didn’t.

Mike reached out to Kitsap Septic, another outstanding company, and the two companies worked together with us to find an answer. Neither Aquaris nor Kitsap Septic was willing to simply accept that we needed to replace hundreds of feet of pipe and tear up our property.

Eventually, they found the solution—without having to lay a single foot of new pipe.

The existing pipes were clear and actually worked! They were able to identify and resolve the actual problem without the massive excavation and replacement that initially seemed unavoidable.

And the great customer service didn’t stop with the field work. Robyn in the Aquaris office was fantastic to work with. She was always able to quickly answer our questions, coordinate what needed to be done, and get things taken care of. Having someone responsive and knowledgeable on the office side made an already stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Today, everything has been certified through Aquaris, and we couldn’t be happier.

I honestly can’t say enough about the time, effort, persistence, and integrity that Mike, Robyn, and the entire Aquaris team put into resolving what initially looked like a major and extremely expensive problem. And we are equally grateful to Kitsap Septic for their willingness to work together to find the right solution.

If we had followed the recommendation of our previous contractor, we would have been looking at a $20,000 expense for a replacement that ultimately wasn’t necessary. Instead, Aquaris and Kitsap Septic worked together to solve the actual problem for a fraction of that cost.

“Tried Kitsap Muffler Tire Pros today, as the tailpipe on the 1999 K1500 Suburban I am shipping to AK to my son was obviously rusted through.

I enjoyed a professional visit from the moment I walked in the door. As it turned out, the technicians were headed to lunch just as I arrived, so I came back a bit later. Upon my return, they had me on the rack almost immediately, quickly quoting the needed repairs. I was happy with the quote and approved the work (it entailed an entire exhaust system replacement from the catalytic converter back to the tailpipe, including the muffler). Within 45 minutes, the team had the work completed to my satisfaction. I am delighted with the repairs, including the very nice chrome outlet detail added at the end of the pipe.

Bryan and his team are professional, and the visit could not have gone better. Bryan even offered a solution to a persistent water leak into the rear of the suburban (likely the roof-mounted stop light gasket failing). I will bring the vehicle back to fix that issue when the part arrives.

I have driven past this shop for years, and finally read the reviews when I knew I needed muffler repairs. FYI, these guys do full line auto repair service, not just mufflers.
