“I suddenly heard a loud screeching/squealing sound coming from my truck, luckily Engel’s was nearby and I called in to see if I could take it in. It’s my family’s only vehicle and they said they could take a few minutes to take a look even if they had a tight schedule. They were able to diagnose the issue and luckily it was a quick fix.
