“Tow operator was nice and responsive, gave a time of 2p. Driver was supposed to call but I ended up calling after they were 20 mins late. Eventually showed up and had the tow completed by ~approx 2:51p. I don’t mind that they were late - sometimes stuff happens. The driver was nice but what I was uncomfortable with was that he asked me to go to a “website on my phone.” I thought this was to deal with payment maybe. Eventually they took the phone from me and went here and gave themselves five stars. They attempted to give themselves a rating on another same company but different division (?) but I had to pull my phone back from them. Overall, the tow itself was fine, vehicle arrived as expected. I did /not/ like how pushy the driver was about reviews.”
“Superior job repairing my car! We’ve brought all of our cars here and they repaired the damages like nothing even happened. The only minor complaint was it took awhile for me to get a status update on my car which was frustrating but it was during the beginning of the holiday season so I can understand things happen. Thank you everyone for the awesome job they did!”

“I had a great experience with Kent Auto Repair a little over a year ago. I initially visited them to get my freon refilled, but unfortunately, it leaked out soon after. I returned, and their team was incredibly responsive. They quickly inspected my AC system, discovered a leak in the condenser, and had it replaced by the end of the next day. Their efficiency and customer service were impressive. I’ve since moved halfway across the country, so I no longer visit, but I highly recommend Kent Auto Repair for their excellent service and prompt repairs.”

Honesty and value, what else could you ask for.”
